Respected sir I am 30 years old. Non smoker, no drinking habits, no other bad habits. Maried and one kid, 2 years kid. Working in national insurance, administration work. I donnt have any work pressure, work tensions in office. Very happy with my family. I dont have any tensions in my house or at my home. Bp 130/80, cholestrol i. E triglycerides is littile high. My main problem are as follows, I am frequently getting left side chest pain. Left side upper back pain. Some times full back pain. Heard ache and ear pain also comes some times. But chest and upper back is continous. I also feel leg weekness, and light weight when I am walking, some time sleeping. I feel very dull and not able to concentrate on my work fully. Some times burning sensation in my chest and stomach, mainly I feel very uncomfortable in my throat. After eating I feel very heavyness in my left side of chest and stomach. With tis chest and upper back pain, my left hand also paining. I am not able to understand what the problem exactly. From past one and half yearsi am suffering. I went to many doctors and underwent almost all test lice, ecg, tmt, echo, ct angiogram heart recently, ct chest, mri brain, mri clevical spine, all types of blood tests etc. Only diagnised is high tryglicerides aroun 403. All the other tests are normal. I am not able to sleep nights, I am getting sweating, feeling fast or slow heart beat, breathing problem while I am sleeping. After srtuglling for three to four hours I am able to sleep. Kindly help me what are the tests I should undergo, what are the precautions I have to take, what should I do to overcome this.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Common causes of back pain are bad posture, injury to back during certain activities and lack of exercise. You should try some physiotherapy and learn about proper posture. Follow office ergonomics. Control weight and do regular back strengthening exercises. If pain persists then you need to visit a spine aurgeon for complete clinical evaluation.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

The location of the knee pain can vary depending on which structure is involved. With infection, the whole knee might be swollen and painful, while a torn meniscus or fracture of a bone gives symptoms only in one specific location. The severity of the pain can vary, from a minor ache to a severe and disabling pain. Hello, aapko bas thodi si energy n freshness ki zaroorat hai, koi toh baat hai jiske wajah se aap khush nahi ho. Hosake toh ek break lijiye n take lots of fluids, salads, take greens, iron rich products n time pe khana khayein. You ll feel better.

It is one of the most treatable arthritis currently and you should consult a rheumatologist if possible in person who are specialised at treating diseases like ra. The therapy of ra has advanced if your mother continue to get substandard treatment all your joints will get destroyed and you won't be able to reverse that. Kindly choose a private consult for detailed treatment plan. I will try to help as much as possible you haven't got any sufficient treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. It is one of the most treatable arthritis currently and you should consult a rheumatologist if possible in person. The therapy of ra has advanced, but hcq is not sufficient. Other two medicines are of no use. If you continue to get substandard treatment all your joints will get destroyed and you won't be able to reverse that.

I am 23 years old male and have knee joint pain in right leg. Goodevening sir I have understood your question. What I would advice you to do is firstly take a session of 10 days of physiotherapy ultrasound treatment for your knee. Then continue with cold and hot packs daily for about 15 mins. After this your exercising should be in the right way. Please follow my steps for good knee stabilty as I list the exercises below, > isometric quadriceps exercises - that is you should press your knee own on a towel and hold for 10 seconds and then release. > place a rolled towel under your heel and press your heel down on the towel. Place your heel down for 10 seconds and then release. > then squeeze a towel in between your knees for 10 seconds. > lie down and raise your leg upto 45 degrees and not more than that and hold for few seconds. > do 10 knee bending exercises. All these exercises as I have listed below will help you to improve knee strength and stability. You must also be assure to do these exercises daily. Precautions to be taken - - kindly wear a knee cap on both your knees whenever you are going to play. This will protect your knee from any further damages and injury. - next after every game that you play (football) you should take an ice pack for your knee. The popping up sound that your hearing is due to the two joints rubbing against each other. Please follow the advice so that you achieve good health.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? All positions are good for sleep. Each person has his/her position Of maximum comfort during sleep. You should sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Too thick & soft(8-10 inches) mattress are not desirable.

I have got a pain in m back just next to m spinal cord towards the left side. It comes and goes on its own terms in a period of about 12-14 months gap. Have done x ray but doesn' t show any thing. Could you suggest something

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young and should not be having regular back pains but as well know that our spine can have certain issues which leads to these painful attacks. From being just a simple muscular strain to a degenerative disc issue, it can be anything. My advise to you seeing your age and symptoms only localized to your lower back region with no radiculopathy or any other neurological symptoms, would be: - catch hold of a good physical therapist, start your back muscle training & strengthening, abdominal strengthening and general conditioning ex - take adequate care of your posture especially while at work, home etc - try to do daily morning brisk walks for around 2-3 km in a day - x rays normally do not show anything unless there is a bony pathology in spine, hence to actually see whats wrong, it is better to get mri done, but maybe do your physical therapy well in pain free periods, and you may become better gradually.
