Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week. For Dark Circles: Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach.

My teeth is getting yellowish because of tobacco what can I do to shinier teeth? Please advise,
Hi tobacoo. Pan. Gutka, alcohol and smoking causes staining. You have to quit tobacco to get rid of stains. As it also causes some serious problems like cancer, submucous fibrosis and leukoplakia. Go for scaling and cleaning.

I am suffering from fever from from 5 days. I feel coldness weakness and sever headache. I am taking paracetamol and ...
It may be viral it will go off in 7 day if not then do test to rule out cause as you not detail fever pattern below are some to help you self rule out so that you may help know you r fever due to which cause oflox r you taking self medicate do not self medicate or take antibiotic uselssely it will make you body resistant to drug or cause more harm if not indicated IMP NOTE ; IF U HAVE Hyperpyrexia temperature greater than or equal to (104.0 or 105.8 °F). Such a high temperature is considered a medical emergency TYPE OF FEVER& CAUSE Acute fevers (<7 days in duration) are characteristics of infectious diseases such as malaria and viral-related upper respiratory tract infection sub-acute fevers (usually not more than 2 weeks in duration) may be seen in cases of typhoid fever and intra-abdominal abscess, among others Chronic or persistent fevers (>2 weeks duration) are typical of chronic bacterial infections such as tuberculosis, viral infections like HIV, cancers and connective tissue diseases Three major fever types have been described including sustained/continuous fever, intermittent fever and remittent fever Continuous or sustained fever is defined as fever that does not fluctuate more than about 1 °C (1.5 °F) during 24 h, but at no time touches normal. Pneumonia, typhoid, acute bacterial meningitis, urinary tract infection, Intermittent fevers, for instance due to malaria, are present only for several hours during the day. This pattern of fever can be seen in malaria, pyogenic infections, tuberculosis (TB), schistosomiasis, lymphomas, leptospira, borrelia, kala-azar, or septicemia Remittent fever is defined as fever with daily fluctuations exceeding 2 °C but at no time touches normal. Remittent fevers are often associated with infectious diseases such as infective endocarditis, rickettsiae infections, brucellosis, among others Relapsing fevers refer to those that are recurring and separated by periods with low-grade fever or no fever. Periodic or relapsing fevers are seen in malaria, lymphoma, borrelia, cyclic neutropenia, and rat-bite fever. Fever associated with night sweats has been described in infectious diseases such as TB, Nocardia, brucellosis, liver or lung abscess and sub-acute infective endocarditis, as well as in non-infectious diseases such as polyarteritis nodosa and cancers such as lymphomas. HOMEOPATHY HAS BEST SCOPE IN REMOVAL CAUSE (bacterial viral pathogenic immune allergy or disorder)& PROTECT VITAL ORGAN FROM FEVER WITHOUT SUPPRESING FEVER OR DISEASE IT CURE PERSON FROM DISEASE NOT HIDE DISESASE TO AFFECT MAIN ORGAN.

I want to know about piles how it is caused its treatment ,prevention and want to know all about this in briefly.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
I want to know about piles how it is caused its treatment ,prevention and want to know all about this in briefly.
Most people use the term piles if they see any bold in motion, which may be just mild from minor injury in the excretion pathway resulting from constipation, or fistula or gastroenteritis and see in blood is NOT piles, in all cases. Piles are haemorrhoids that become inflamed. Haemorrhoids are masses, clumps, cushions of tissue in the anal canal - they are full of blood vessels, support tissue, muscle and elastic fibers. Piles can be of various sizes and may be internal (inside the anus) or external ones (outside the anus). Typically, internal piles occur from 2 to 4cm above the opening of the anus. External piles (perianal hematoma) occur on the outside edge of the anus. The internal ones are much more common. Symptomatic haemorrhoids affect at least half the population at some time in their lives before the age of 50. In the majority of cases, piles are effectively treated with over-the-counter medications, a good fluid intake, and by following a diet high in fibre. In severe cases, the piles may have to be surgically removed. About 10% of patients who go and see their doctor about piles eventually require surgical intervention. Internal haemorrhoids are classified into four grades.  Grade 1 - there are small inflammations, usually inside the lining of the anus. They are not visible  Grade 2 - larger than grade 1 haemorrhoids, but also inside the anus. When passing a stool, they may get pushed out, but return unaided  Grade 3 - often called 'prolapsed haemorrhoids'; these appear outside the anus. The patient may feel them hanging out. They can be pushed back in if the patient presses with their finger  Grade 4 - these cannot be pushed back in and need to be treated by a doctor. They are large and stay outside the anus all the time. External haemorrhoids are called perianal hematoma. These are small lumps that are located on the outside edge of the anus. They are very itchy and can be painful if a blood clot forms inside (thrombosed external haemorrhoid). Thrombosed external haemorrhoid requires medical treatment straight away PILES OCCUR when the blood vessels around the anus and in the rectum will stretch under pressure and may swell or bulge. Inflamed veins (haemorrhoids) can develop when pressure increases in the lower rectum. This may be due to:  Chronic constipation9  Chronic diarrhea10  Lifting heavy weights11  Pregnancy12  Straining when passing a stool.13 The tendency to develop haemorrhoids may also be inherited. The risk of developing piles grows with age Treatments for piles In the majority of cases, piles resolve on their own without the need for any treatment. Treatments can help significantly reduce the discomfort and itching that many patients experience. Diet - piles can be caused by too much straining when doing bowel movements, which is the result of constipation. A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. This involves eating more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, and the patient may be advised to increase his/her water consumption. Some experts say too much caffeine is not good. Simple things you can do yourself to help prevent piles:10  Try not to strain when you go to the toilet  Avoid laxatives  Exercise. Ointments, creams, pads and other OTC medications - there are some over-the-counter (OTC) medications which help soothe the redness and swelling around the anus area. Some of them contain witch hazel, hydrocortisone, or some other active ingredient which can relieve symptoms of itching and pain Surgery - used for particularly large piles, or grades 3 or 4 haemorrhoids. Generally, surgery is used if other procedures were not effective. Sometimes surgery is done on an outpatient basis - the patient goes home after the procedure.

Hello many individuals have heightened sex drives that cause them to become distracted in the workplace and at home. An increased sex drive often correlates with heightened aggression, and it can also lead to sex addiction. If you have an increased sex drive and want to relieve yourself of its constant presence, there are a number of things you can do to decrease your libido and keep it under control. Step 1 infuse your diet with soy. Soy has been proven to reduce testosterone levels, which will in turn reduce libido. Step 2 eat a low-fat diet. Increased consumption of fat is associated with an increase of testosterone levels, but cutting back on fats--particularly saturated fats--will help bring your sex drive down. Step 3 eat the herb caste tree berry. Also known as" monk's pepper, this supplement has been used to reduce libido since the middle ages. But unlike most other herbs, it has retained its use, as it has been proven over time to be effective in combating a high sex drive. Step 4 stay away from animal proteins. The proteins and hormones found in meats like beef, chicken, pork and turkey can contribute to high testosterone levels. Vegetarians tend to have lower testosterone levels than omnivores, and thus lower libidos. Step 5 exercise frequently. Working out reduces your testosterone levels while increasing cortisol. Marathon runners frequently have lower-than-average testosterone levels because of this.
