I'm 31 yrs. Old. My 2nd baby is by scissorian and my weight is 63 kgs. My stomach buttocks and hips have come out please suggest me some easy exercises and some home remedies which I could consume. Recently I'm having honey lemon water and through out the day I take warm water. I'm very much tensed because of my hips buttocks and stomach.

Patience is the key. It took nine months for your tummy muscles to stretch to accommodate a full-term baby. So it makes sense that it can take that long, or longer, to tighten up again. The speed and degree of this tightening up depends on a few factors, including: • What shape and size you were before you conceived your baby. • How much weight you gained during pregnancy. • How active you are. • Something you can't do anything about: your genes. You may find it easier to shed the weight if: • You gained less than 13.6kg and exercised regularly during pregnancy. • You breastfeed. • This is your first baby. NOTE you shouldn't aim to be back to your pre-pregnancy weight until about six months after your baby's birth. How can you safely lose weight to help your belly look better? Breastfeeding may help, especially in the early months after giving birth. If you breastfeed, you'll burn extra calories to make milk – about 500 calories a day. You may lose your pregnancy weight more quickly than mums who bottle-feed their babies. Breastfeeding also triggers contractions that help to shrink your womb, making it a workout for your whole body. However, if you eat more than you burn off, you will put on weight, even if you breastfeed. It's fine to lose weight while you are breastfeeding. Your body is very efficient at making milk, and losing up to 1kg a week shouldn't affect the amount of milk you make. However, if you have a newborn to look after, you'll need plenty of energy. Trying to lose weight too soon after giving birth may delay your recovery and make you feel even more tired. It’s especially important not to attempt a very low-calorie diet. So try to wait until you've had your postnatal check before start trying to lose weight. Eating healthily, combined with gentle exercise, will help you to get in shape. The following general guidelines will help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight: • Make time for breakfast. • Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. • Include plenty of fibre-rich foods, such as oats, beans, lentils, grains and seeds, in your diet. • Include a starchy food such as bread, rice, pasta (preferably wholegrain varieties for added fibre) or potatoes in each meal. • Go easy on high-fat and high-sugar foods, such as biscuits and cakes. • Watch your portions at mealtimes and the number and type of snacks you eat between meals. There's no right answer about how many calories a day you should have. The amount you need to eat depends on your weight and how active you are. What else can you do to help regain your pre-pregnancy belly? Exercise can help to tone stomach muscles and burn calories. If you exercised right up until the end of your pregnancy, you can do some light exercise and stretching from the start. If you stopped exercising during your pregnancy or are a newcomer to fitness, it is better to start exercising more slowly. Fitness aside, all new mums can begin pelvic floor exercises and work on gently toning up lower tummy muscles as soon as they feel ready. This may help you to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape and help to flatten your tummy. When you feel up to it, take your baby out for walks in his pushchair. Getting out and about will help to lift your mood and exercise your body gently. You may find there are pushchair workouts with other new mums in your local park.

Hair growth may be due to pcod. Use nosagar salt in 1\4th glass water half tea spoon once in a week apply for 5 min only and wash it. It removed hairs naturally.

Follow this routine: -start with warm water with lemon and honey 8: 00 a. M. -do 7rounds (14) surya namaskar. 8: 30 a. M. -eat an apple (or another similar fruit) 9: 00 a. M. -have a light breakfast (poha/upma/idli/oats/porridge) -take a juice/lemon juice/green tea/black coffee with one light biscuit at 12: 00 -take lunch (you may have steam rice or chapati) with homemade dal and sabzi, with dahi or butter milk. (eat 20% less than your regular lunch portion) at 2: 00 p. M. -again take a healthy fruit at 4: 00 p. M. -take tea/coffee/milk with a light biscuit/chiwda/dry bhel/roasted namkeen/popcorn at 6: 00p. M. -have an early dinner, take khichdi or soup with a slice of wheat bread. Eat as much as you need, not less, not more. -do not have anything after dinner. You may have green tea or milk before bedtime. Timings can be adjusted with your schedule, little here and there, dinner should be around 8: 00.

Keep hair clean. Make sure that your scalp and hair are always clean. It will help your hair grow faster. Dirt clogs the hair follicles, which makes it more difficult for hair to grow. However, do not shampoo every day, as men’s hair get easily damaged, and excessive shampooing can dehydrate hair and cause breakage. Shampoo twice a week while cleanse hair with conditioner daily.

Take lighter foods such as moong, masur & moth daal, all vegetables. Don't consume more junk food, processed food, chillies etc. Have some ghee with your food. While sleeping have a glass of hot milk with cow ghee in it.

Madam, Is Your husband's left testicle, swollen, red, Does the pain become less after lifting it. Are there any skin rashes at the root of the penis, where burning occurs. Does he use any cream before intercourse. Does he have any burning urination. Does he wear tight under wear or ride cycle. Any history of injury. I have low back pain for last 6 days or so. The pain concentrated on the l. S. Region, slightly over right sided s. I. Joint. There is no radiation through lower limbs or adjacent areas. Pain aggravates while bending forward. I tried with exercises and swd. But, not so much improvement seen. Please. Guide me.

Hi, after boiling the beetroot, water soluble vitamin A which is the essence of beetroot, get dissolved in water. So, you would be taking only the fibre part which helps in the digestion of food!

My query is related to periods.My periods are getting late.My last date was 17 march.In this month periods has not come.I am sexually active .My age is 21 years. I have taken home pregnancy test as well as blood test but both show negative. In blood test hcg are blow 1.3 .Please suggest me what I have to do now. Migraine but there are still more different variants for which you need to see a neurologist. Many diff medicines are there but I should know how frequently do you get headaches a week. For how many days. First it needs to be confirmed that it is migraine only Ofcourse. U can decide depending on the symptoms I have told somehow.
