My mom is suffering from leg pain which starts from hip to knee of left leg. Please refer some medication.

Hope the pain is not a chronic pain. You can have any over the counter analgesics for 3to5 days. If it does not help then you need further investigation. My referred analgesic is ultracet two times a day after food.

You go for yoga or back exercises strengthen back muscle which help you life long don't go for only medication.

I am 50 yrs female having knee pain since 2 yrs and orthroscopy done last yr. Due to severe pain took inj synvisc one today what tobe done next.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

There is nothing which can make bones unite faster. bones unite naturally and minimum time taken is 6 to 8 weeks. Its like baby birth which takes 9 months and time is fixed.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

I have too much pain in my leg and I also try some medicine from last 5 month but there is no effect of any medicine.
Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

You can take it once a month regularly. Alternate solution is sunlight exposure daily at afternoon 11am to 2 pm for 15 to 30 minutes depending upon exposure. Direct exposure to skin is required not through clothes.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Your rotator cuff muscles are weak probably first go for shoulder rehab to a gud physiotherapist and then start playing also take calcium and glucosamine daily.

He is suffering from slip disk back pain for more than 15 years now. Now the pain has got worst as he couldn't walk nor sit, because of this he had to two heart surgery one for blocked and other one is pace maker. Is there any medicine or spray to subside that pain. Please help.

Do heat fermentation and rest avoid long sitting standing, toward bending if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy help to reduce pain.

I have pain in the middle and lower back. X Rays show a slight compression at L4/L5 and at the penultimate & last vertebra. Could I relive the pain by exercises and if so which ones would you recommend? I do play tennis, golf occasionally and exercise quite regularly.

Hi, prolonged sitting and overweight could be cause of your back pain. These factors along with a bad posture lead to severe back pain which may go up to your legs. Check if you have any tingling or numbness in your feet. Sit erect whenever possible. Keep a pillow between your back and chair. If you use a computer or laptop make sure to keep the screen at your eye level. Avoid bending forwards. Look for a physiotherapist opinion who will help you with your posture correction and core exercises to prevent any problems. Avoid playing any sports till your core muscles are strong as you might damage your back further while doing so. You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Nat mur 200x +Calc flour 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.
