For prolapse she need to wear corset or do surgery and ortho will be able to guide her based on her condition. For hysterectomy she may need hormone replacement if the part of ovaries is not kept. This only the surgeon who did operation can tell.

Me and my girlfriend had met in our room. Actually what happened is when I was inserting my penis into her vagina it doesn't get fit into it. What is the reason for that. Will you please suggest me.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Faridabad
May she is virgin or other reason seems to be like psychological more. Increase foreplay and make sure that your partner is abundant wet down there. Ask your partner to be relaxed. If you are on top of her while trying to insert your penis then change your position, ask your wife to come top of you as in this position she can control pain and moves. When she is top of you ask her to put your penis at the opening of her vagina and do not make any move, even do not try to push inside, penis will automatically go inside just stay in this position for a while. Make sure that your penis is fully wet before inserting it. Once it goes inside do not try to pump her right away, let your penis accommodate inside her and then slowly start your session. Little bit pain is normal for the first few times. If still you are not able to penetrate her, go to gynecologist then psychiatrist.

Hi, share more symptoms related to your problem. Infections may be accompanied by other symptoms, such as itching, burning, discomfort or spotting. The most common cause of green vaginal discharge is a sexually transmitted infection known as trichomoniasis. The discharge often has a foul odor and is typically more yellowish-green than pure green. Need to take a sample of the discharge or do a pap test to collect cells from your cervix for further examination and proper diagnosis. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - pulsatilla 30/ 3 times a day daily for a month. Revert.

Dear Ms. lybrate-user, Usually in India, a lady attains menopause around 50 - 55 years of age. So if a lady is having menses at age of 62, she needs to be investigated. There is a high likelihood of cancer. She needs to show a Gynaec immediately and get at least an examination and usg done. Further investigation and management can be planned accordingly.

If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26days) minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle (31days) minus 10days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period. U should try for another 9 months before seeking any medical help in this regard.

DIET FOR P.C.O.D
Diet for PCOD and Scope of Homoeopathy

PCOD is a very common condition seen in women these days. Women with PCOD are more prone to developing serious health conditions. There are several causes that lead to this condition, one of the primes of them being the diet we choose and our lifestyle. Given below are some important Do’s and Don’ts to follow, for women with PCOD and for all those who would like to prevent this condition. A little extra care if taken in effectively managing our diet and lifestyle could go a long way in preventing PCOD.

DO’s:

Diet:

- Wheat products (wheat bread, wheat pasta)
- Barley
- Natural diuretic fruits
- Raw fruits (especially apple, pear etc.) and vegetables
- Oats, Corn, Butter, eggs, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, lettuce, mushroom, onions, peppers, spinach, vegetable oil, soya beans, apricots, blueberries, cantaloupe, cherries, figs, grapes, honeydew, lemon, tomato juice, kiwi fruit, pineapple, plum, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, mango, cheese, radishes, olive oil, nuts, salmon fish, flaxseeds
- Protein rich foods
- High fiber rich food and Vit B rich food
- Opt for lean meat. Avoid chicken though, as they may be injected with male hormone to increase the muscle bulk, which would trigger PCOD
- Move to Soy products instead of milk, as milk has the tendency to increase the testosterone levels
- Include 1-2 litres of water in your diet, which avoids water retention
- Divide meals into small healthy 5-6 meals per day, instead of 3 heavy meals and never miss breakfast

Exercise:
- Sit –ups, push –ups
- Skipping helps you to lessen binge eating, the release of serotonin and dopamine will keep your stress levels low.
- Stress free methods such as Yoga, meditation, listening to music etc.

DON’T’S:

- All whites (Maida, white bread, pasta, etc.)
- Junk or fast foods, cakes, cookies, sweets, chocolates, soft drinks and soda, desserts etc.
- Avoid red meat, whole milk dairy, fried food, margarines
- Reduce Sodium intake, by avoiding sauces, chips, salted nuts, canned soups
- Quit smoking –as it stimulates Androgen
- Avoid alcohol

Scope of Homoeopathy in PCOD:

Homeopathic approach towards management of PCOD is constitutional, taking into account the presenting complaints along with physical, mental and genetic make-up that individualizes a person. It involves prescribing “Constitutional Medicine”, which is also capable for working on the Ovaries and the entire Endocrine system. The treatment logic varies depending on the presence of any genetic predisposition, physical makeup (obesity), peculiarities of your menstrual, etc. In Homoeopathy, medicines are given to induce ovulation in a natural way, which would improve and regularize your menstrual cycle and also helps in the prevention or minimization of cyst formation.

You need to see a fertility specialist. Ideally if you have regular periods and have had 1 years of active married life, You need to see a fertility expert and one lapro is a good option as the uterus and tubes can also be checked and you can get rid of both the cysts. If the cysts are endometriotic on laparoscopy you have to remember that they can come again and so --with some help try to concieve as soon as possible after the surgery.
