I had bike accident on 20 November and now I have plaster in my foot and swelling goes very slow. Rx. Enzoheal tel me best home remedy for faster recover I had injury on foot not fracture in bone.

You can make small changes to your everyday life to help reduce swelling: Take a short walk every hour. Drink eight to 10 glasses of water daily. Drinking less actually promotes swelling. Limit your salt intake. Put phone books or bricks under the foot of your bed to elevate your legs and feet at night.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again. knee problem may get settled with this only. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Dear lybrate-user Check if you have been sleeping on uneven bed that causes strain in neck, shoulder abd back. This kind of strain can put pressure on the nerves reaching out to the arms and chest where the pressure must be causing tingling sensation. You have to make sure your overall health improves with the correct kind of foods, some basic ayurvedic tonics and adequate exercise/rest to develop a healthy body. Regards.

Dear Lybrate user, Apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes. Wrap the area with a thin, cotton cloth. Using a hot water bottle or a heating pad, apply some heat to the affected area for at least a half an hour. Repeat this process daily for a minimum of one month to notice positive results.

back pain - Mam, go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. For that u may consult me privately over Lyberate. Please update with ur valuable feedback after 15 days.\ HAIR FALL - Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e.g. Pulses, Dry fruits, Black gram, Ground nut etc. also oil ur hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as Ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with Shirodhara with herbal oil and Nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Flat foot at times causes pain. But we must rule out other causes as well rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Some times uncontrolled diabetes and thyroid problems can result in to weight loss along with skin changes. See to that your sugars/hba1c/tsh reports are in acceptable range if not you need to adjust your dosage of medicines. Some times you get leg pains as complication of diabetes or due to nutritional deficiencies or vitamin deficiencies. You need to improve your diet and take vitamin supplements like b. Complex, vit e, vit d after consulting doctor.
