I think it is all due to nervousness. Just try to to calm yourself down. Deep breathing exercises and drinking a lot of water would help you. But if the problem persists get yourself examined by a general physician.

Why hypertension and diabetes are not permanently curable. When we have lot many doctors in this world, why we cannot prepared the medicine for this, is that a curse for humankind coz I have seen many people who are suffering with these disease.

Why hypertension and diabetes are not permanently curable. When we have lot many doctors in this world, why we cannot...
Mr. Lybrate-user. Diabetes is occurring either due to lack of insulin or resistance to its action, mainly because of being over weight and secondly due inactivity and junk foods. This true incase of t2 dm. In t1 insulin producing beta cells in pancreas are destroyed due antibodies. T1 is an autoimmune disease. These are two main types of diabetes. In both types insulin has to be provided (t1 by injections of insulin) in t2 stimulating insulin secretion. Since this hormone is required every single moment in our body, there is no way of curing the condition. It can only be controlled. Similarly in high bp also there are multiple triggers involved, each can not exactly identified and removed. So cure is not possible. Here too over weight, obesity, inactivity, high fat, excess salt plus various other triggers are active, and the process continues for lifetime, hence only control is possible. Similarly there a host of diseases where ther is no cure available in spite of great advances in medicine. I understand your concern, but that is the fact. May some time later science will be able to find a cure for all diseases, let us hope. Thanks.

congratulations on your succesful effort. these are withdrawl symptoms of nicotine for withdrawal symptoms go away completely isn’t possible, but there are ways to minimize them. How often and how badly the symptoms affect you varies from person to person. It partially depends on how you quit. For example, if you choose the “cold turkey” method without the use of any smoking cessation aids (such as nicotine patches or gum), you’ll probably notice symptoms within as little as two hours. People who use smoking cessation aids such as patches, gums, and inhalers usually experience less severe withdrawal symptoms. That’s because this method slowly cuts back on their levels of nicotine use rather than pulling the plug all at once. In this method, the physical symptoms should reach their climax approximately 72 hours after your last cigarette. Advertisement The withdrawal symptoms, both physical and mental, will make it tough to stick it out and not start smoking again. But there are things you can do to make sure you stick with it. Below are some helpful and practical tips for managing your nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Healthy Diet Quitting smoking can cause an increase in appetite. If you find yourself wanting to eat more, take advantage of your newfound appetite to eat a healthy array of vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins. Following a healthy diet can reduce the severity and length of your withdrawal symptoms. Exercise Part of nicotine’s addictive power is that it elevates your mood. It’s common for people who quit smoking to fall into a mild depression. One way to counteract this problem is to exercise. Physical activity triggers the release of mood- raising endorphins in your body that will naturally help you feel better both physically and mentally.

Too much cholesterol in the blood can lead to cardiovascular disease. What you eat has a direct impact on your cholesterol level. In fact, a diet rich in fiber and other cholesterol-lowering foods may help lower cholesterol as much as statin medication for some people. Working with a registered dietitian and doctor is the key to develop and maintain a successful health program to manage it. I will inform you on how to make diet, lifestyle changes, make you understand instructions for taking medication because it won't work if you don't take it as directed. Consult privately for a holistic dietary therapy to solve your problems.

Cholesterol level should be measured at least once every five years in everyone over age 20. The screening test that is usually performed is a blood test called a lipid profile. Experts recommend that men ages 35 and older and women ages 45 and older be more frequently screened for lipid disorders. The lipoprotein profile includes: Total cholesetrol LDL (low-density lipoprotein CHOLESETROL also called "bad"CHOLESTETROL HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) TRIGLYCERIDES (fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap.
