do hot fermentation and rest avoid strain and do strength exercise in gradually process. if u r unable then tk physiotherapy treatment and strength exercise with physio. keep equal balance on both legs avoid long standing, sitting.

I have done my ACL Reconstruction surgery before days .and now I am start my job. But in work place at first floor. No lift available. So can I use steps for the reach in first floor. My physio start from one month. Pl give any suggestion for take care.

if u r already taking physiotherapy than your Physio will suggest you after seeing your physical condition and flexibility of knee. you do can climb stairs. but not for many times a day. apply knee cap than climb up.

Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

HI I have got a back pain which last only for 1hr after a night sleep in the morning. Once I have consult a doctor he says do not take pillow while sleeping. I have done that. I continuously sleep on my stomach and I have got a bit stomach too After 1 or 2 hrs it relaxes but pains a bit please give a suggestion.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x+ Kali mur 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 day than consult private online.

Knock knee is not due to heavy thighs but due to abnormal bend in the knees. People with knock knee try to keep their legs straight, due to which the thighs touch and cause discomfort. It is possible to measure the exact degree of bend in knock knee. If it is more than the acceptable range then the bend is usually corrected surgically which gives a lifetime relief. Ignoring knock knee can be dangerous as it can lead to premature degeneration and failure of the knees.

for headach take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this back pain is due to no back exercise.... due to this muscle get stiff .... when suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start..... in ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI ....DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation .... so consult ayurvedic doctor near you ... you will definitely get good result ..

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that you are not allergic to any of the medicines that you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, Please inform.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Consult near Physiotherapist he will give perfect treatment and he will suggest home exercises. That diagnosis is periarthritis of shoulder joint or frozen shoulder. It is present mostly diabetes patient. Check your blood sugar levels.

Generalised body pain could be due to different conditions grossly known as polyarthralgia. Is there a recent episode of fever. Do you feel stiffness of hand and feet early morning which usually improves as the day progress. Is there any swelling around wrist elbow or ankle. Answer to these simple questions can help making a diagnosis.

Joint pain can be caused by a number of issues, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, bursitis, tendinitis or a strain, sprain or other injury affecting the ligaments, bursae or tendons surrounding a joint. It can occur in any part of the body but is most common in the knees, shoulders and hips. The pain can range from mild to severe and may be accompanied by swelling and stiffness in one or more joints. Severe joint pain, especially when caused by degenerative conditions like arthritis, needs proper diagnosis and treatment. You should also consult your doctor if your joint pain is accompanied by swelling, redness and tenderness, or lasts for more than three days. But, you can get rid of mild joint pain with the help of natural home remedies. Cayenne Cayenne pepper contains a compound called capsaicin with natural analgesic or pain-relieving properties. In a 2010 study published in the Journal of the Medical Association of Thailand, researchers found that applying gel containing 0.0125 percent capsaicin helped relieve mild to moderate pain in women suffering from knee osteoarthritis. ? Slightly heat one-half cup of coconut oil. Mix in two tablespoons of cayenne pepper powder. Apply it on the affected area, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Do this a few times a day until you get relief from the pain. ? Alternatively, you can use a capsaicin cream topically on the affected area daily. Note: Cayenne may initially cause a burning sensation. Do not apply it on open skin or wounds
