Hello Doctor, I am suffering from back pain. Every morning when I use Indian toilet, the moment I stand after using the indian toilet I have to suffer from a sever pain even I am unable to stand straight. It took almost 5 mins to stand straight. Also m sleeping on the floor on soft matrices. I have to sit for long hours for studies. Is this due to change in lifestyle? Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Backpain at your age can be due to lot of causes. Mostly long sitting activities can lead to weakness of back and neck muscles resulting in pain. You should do back muscle strengthening exercises and postural adjustment. Hot bag and diclofenac gel are also useful use vitamin d supplements if long standing symptoms are there then you need to be investigated. Get x rays of lumbosacral spine and show.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I have back pain at my lower part when I drive bike for long journey or short journey when I stop my bike and when I stand I have a mild pain for minutes after that when sit mild pain occur at night when I got sleep no pain occur .this pain occur during or sitting time. I have checked my uric acid it is 7.2.and I hve done gym bt it is now stop for a year's.pain in left knee occur only when I go bathroom. Bt there is no pain when I walk or jogging. Hi Binod... Your complain reveals that you are having muscle tightness in your lower limbs. Do regular stretching exercises for hams, piriformis, calf, quads. Use hot fomentation on your back.

I am 25 yrs, male, I am having shoulder pain in the collar bone (left side only near throat) for last 5-6 months. I did x-ray and nothing is there in the report and I eat diclofenac also. It reduces pain but its not permanent solution. I did blood test for sugar, diabetes some arthritis also I forgot. Everything was normal. Mainly the pain is severe when the weather is cold i.e if it rains or cold breeze. I have tried with hot fermentation also and I have undergone physiotherapy for 1 week it reduced the pain but as I said its not permanent. Now as I typing also m having severe pain and I spent some time outside in the evening when it was raining. I don't get wet but still m having a lot of pain. What should I do?

prescribed simply pain killer and doing physiotherapy. If not worked out. It means your shoulder pain that is happening all because of brachialgia atc5/6 level. To prove it by your self get done mri cervical spine and let me know. Most of treating doctors at primary levels do the same way. If you're not benifitted. Get discussion to ruled out lesion concerned.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Avoid alcohol consumption(if u consume). Do pranayama early morning.

Kindly show me x rays of your shoulder. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

You keep your ankle supported in a crepe bandage, and use ice pack, 2-3 times a day. Without examining its difficult to exactly guide you, but if you had any injury to the ankle and there is a swelling which is not going away, then get a x-ray done.

Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Ruta 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Rhus Tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15-20 minutes in both the medicines.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Use lumber spine belt. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take Calcium and multivitamin with vitamin D 3

Dear lybrate-user, as you said, you are weak, do some regular excercises in the early morning, take rest properly, avoid sleeping in day time, spend time with friends, nothing but weakness. You can have b-complex tablets twice a day.
