Hello, somewhere you are lacking in the brushing technique. Yellowish/whitish thing could be plaque. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. He/she will teach you the proper maintainance. Brush twice a day. Night brushing is important. Floss regularly, rinse after every meal.

You can use stolid gum paint massage on the swelling two to three times daily for 15 days .if that doesn't help kindly visit dentist.

If you can afford then you can rectify your problem by going for invasive treatment or you can go for braces treatment coz you stand at correct age for the treatment.

You need to get bleaching and professional cleaning. And maintain it by brushing twice daily and rinse after each meal. You can use colgate visible white toothpaste regularly.

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently.

Which medicine or syrup should I prefer for the ulcers on tongue. Small red dots seen on the front side of the tongue.

ONutritional deficiency, excessive stress & debilitating disease can cause ulcer. Exercise regularly. Have a balanced diet. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Increase dietary intake of vitamin B, folic acid, iron and use of vitamin supplements etc under medical supervision if blood tests confirm low concentrations oHot, spicy foods oAlcoholic beverages oMouthwashes that contain alcohol oProducts high in acid, such as citrus fruits and juices Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea coffee cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.avoid stress. take balanced diet.
