Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Its been a month I am suffering form my pain in back I tried many ointments but nothing seem to work.

Its been a month I am suffering form my pain in back I tried many ointments but nothing seem to work.
Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I have bone infection in my right femur. New wound created during operation. Wound is healing through Vaccum suction unit. But too many tissues had been removed during operation. My muscles n tissues is not growing. Means muscles growing too slowly n took 4 months. Pls advice some medicines for muscles n tissues growing.

The infection must be controlled. You may need c/s of the pus discharge. When wound heals the muscles will grow of its own. Physiotherapy will help in developing muscle mass.

It might be because of bad posture while standing walking and sitting try to correct your posture, and you can use hot fermentation that will reduce your pain. For that dip a towel in to hot water squeez it and wrap around your lower back.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Hello, don't worry. if you are living in cold places then there may be cynosis because of excess cold. Take Petroleum 30, 3 drops thrice daily. Revert after 7 days.

Is Rheumatoid arthritis and Reactive arthritis are con acted? as because I see some peoples have same problem. Even I also had Rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 7. After taking pentid 400 for 14 years its completely cure. But after 3 to 4 months reactive arthritis would be formed.

Home Remedy- 1-Boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well. Take 3-4 times a day. 2-Make an ointment by mixing an equal amount of powdered long pepper and turmeric with milk (preferably cow’s milk). Apply this on the external piles. Treatment- 1-Take arshantak vati 1-1 twice a day with warm water. 2-take pranacharya pilescure capsule 1-1 twice a day. 3-Pranacharya abhayarishta 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-apply pranacharya pilescure ointment on anal region. 5-if motions are not clear then take pranacharya virechan churna 1 tsf in warm water before night. Diet-take fresh buttermilk early morning. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Take slitz bath.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
