You should take arnuca first in 299 potency thrice a day five drools in water. Apply ruta q on the shoulder thrice a day. Rhus tox 30 thrice a day three drops in water you should take from next day of arnuca for three days. Avoid exercise.

Hi lybrate-user to gain hands weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Start with physiotherapy treatment. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take calcium and multivitamin with vitamin d 3 for two months.

Pain can be due to obesity. What is the weight? can also give calcium syrup logical 5 ml twice a day also. Ibugesic plus syrup for three days to reduce pain. Dieting and exercising are the main treatments for obesity. Diet quality can be improved by reducing the consumption of energy-dense foods, such as those high in fat and sugars, and by increasing the intake of dietary fiber. With a suitable diet, anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduce appetite or decrease fat absorption. If diet, exercise, and medication are not effective, a gastric balloon may assist with weight loss, or surgery may be performed to reduce stomach volume and/or bowel length, leading to feeling full earlier and a reduced ability to absorb nutrients from food. You have to check your thyroid profile.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

The initial management of acute disc herniation is usually conservative in nature with medications and physical therapy together with rest etc. Surgery is considered only if there are red flags like motor, sensory deficit, bladder or bowel involvement etc. Most of the patients actually do very well with an initial period of rest with some medications for pain relief/muscle relaxation, ice therapy at back followed by intensive physical therapy when pain has subsided. The first step is to ensure that he maintain an appropriate posture while working on the desk. Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water. Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight. Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down. Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy his minerals and proteins requirement. The most essential and long lasting remedy is exercises. Get an xray done to rule out any inflammatory pathology.

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The cups can be made of a variety of materials, including:

Supporters of cupping therapy believe the suction of the cups mobilizes blood flow to promote the healing of a broad range of medical ailments.

Cupping therapy dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. One of the oldest medical textbooks in the world, the Ebers Papyrus, describes how the ancient Egyptians were using cupping therapy in 1,550 B.C.

In general, Western medical societies are skeptical of the health claims made by cupping therapy supporters. "Available scientific evidence does not support cupping as a cure for cancer or any other disease" states the American Cancer Society. "Reports of successful treatment with cupping are mainly anecdotal rather than from research studies"

But a 2012 study published in the journal PLoS ONE suggests that cupping therapy may have more than a placebo effect. Australian and Chinese researchers reviewed 135 studies on cupping therapy published between 1992 and 2010. They concluded that cupping therapy may be effective when combined with other treatments like acupuncture or medications in treating various diseases and conditions, such as:

Herpes zoster
Acne
Facial paralysis
Cervical spondylosis

But the researchers acknowledge that many of the studies in their review may have contained some bias. They say better studies are needed to draw a definite conclusion.

Hello lybrate user, good to hear that you are feeling much better from the pain relief medication. However, this is only symptomatic treatment and not the treatment of the cause. If adequate time has passed from the onset of your pain, I think the damaged tissue might have healed and it would be a good time to start you on physiotherapy exercises to strengthen your back muscles. Exercises help you increase the blood flow to your back and also improve the chances of removal of pain stimulating molecules from the site. They also help in stabilizing the spine. But, these exercises have to be started in a graded manner so that you don't injure yourself. You can consult a good physiotherapist or an orthopedic surgeon for the same. Hope this helps.

Rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am a sports person. I love to play badminton. But now when I play badminton or any other sport my right shoulder pains a lot. After giving It a week's rest my shoulder muscle starts paining. This is internal impingement. You have shoulder dyskinesia which is common in badminton players. You need to strengthen your shoulder and core body muscles.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.

Dear hello, she might be having cervical and lumbosacral spondylosis +- osteoporosis. Get her x-rays of the neck and back done along with serum vit. D3 and vit. B12 and cbc in a good lab. Meanwhile. She must use a hard mattress, soft and thin pillow and medicate her with some pain killers for a week or so. Take care.

Lybrate-user both things are important for fat control. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercise preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Eat more fresh salad before meal.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.
