Dear Sir, I'm facing two types of problems is following When I comes in contact of cold water or whether in morning time so that time I feel sneezing 15-20 times everyday & after that there is some itchy also in my throat. Kindly let me know the solution. 2nd problem is, In night my nose disturb to all other member, I'm not fatty guy but I don't know why sounds create. your firs problem is duebto acute rhinitis of nose duebto some allergen. take a tab of cetrezine as and when required. do warm saline gargle regularly. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. your second problem is snoring? this is common in some individual if it is disturbing and embarrassing. then it could be due to DNS means deviated nasal septum. or nadalnpolyp you could consult abENT. specialist.

How can I increase his weight? He is not ready to eat anything. He likes only oily food like Kathryn chips etc.

As per data given by you, child is grossely undernourished & root cause is obviously under/faulty feeding habits. You have to be strict about it & teach him what is good for his health. Cut down on junk food, excesive sugars. Without any hitch. You should practice what is good for his health & not what child demands.

For maintaining weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Shaving not a solution to hairfall. You need to make corrections in your system by taking medicines. Consult online for definite results.

Women do conceive around menopause time till they have cycles. I would not suggest oral pills as they will hamper the normal menopause, if copper t has suited her in the past, she can get refitted, keep it for a year even after attaining menopause as a safety.

White patch may be its pityriasis, it may be ring worm, or it may be leucoderma also. That can be concluded after seeing the patch. Well I will suggest you to go for homoeopathic treatment. Hello sir/mam My gfs age is 21 nd she is suffering from irregular white discharge/white solids from her vagina tried many creams bt did not worked. Wht might have happened doctor? Is it normal or not. And how to stop that? please help me.

The discharge may be normal if it is not too frequent, without smell, without blood/mucus, white in color (not yellow) and is not causing burning or scratching. Any of the above may be sign of infection. White solids are nothing but the discharge which has solidified inside the vagina. Again this comes infrequently, without other symptoms. Douching (internal washing) of vagina is practiced in the west but is not popular in our country. It is the best way out. Otherwise all she needs is regular external washing and sanitary napkins whenever the problem shows up.

She has cesarean delivery on 20/12/2015. After that she got period on 5/7/2016. But she missed period on 5/8/2016. So I checked pregnancy by urine kit. But his result was negative. Now what are the other possible reasons for not having period.

well after pregnancy it takes some time to resume periods..and may be you are breastfeeding so periods get delayed..so don't worry..periods will resume after 1-2 months..

A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

1. Drink plenty of water/ nimbu pani/electral powder with water 2. Increase salt intake 3. Take plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables, fruits. Fish, chicken etc 4. Avoid alcohol 5, go for regular exercise 6. Drink tea/ coffee 7. Avoid prolonged standing 8. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression 9. Take. Adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 10. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 11. Check your hemoglobin, monitor bp and consult physician for advice and treatment.

To soften rough hair, use fenugreek seeds. Powder the seeds and add water to make a thick paste. For visible results, apply regularly on the scalp for a month at least. You can also apply warm oil with lime and egg on the scalp. Wrap head in a warm towel. Leave until it cools and wash thoroughly. Repeat twice a week to soften hair.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

When you choose a sunscreen, look for SPF of 30 and above(protects from UV B rays), UV A protection and also make sure it is water resistant. Only then it will protect and stay on for half a day at least. Most sunscreens are oily. Very few are matte finish. So there is nothing in wrong in applying powder over sunscreen

Hello,take homeopathic medicine Weisbaden 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 15 days and revert.
