I have suffering from pain in middle chest or esohagos and shoulder blade sharply .I always feel weak and there is too much weight lost in last 2 month from 60 to 50 kgs. I have done all the test echo, chest ct scan and spine dorsal mri but nothing is found. I feel that something is is my esophagus that go up and down. When it goes down I feel relieved. Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Junk food.

I was feeling restless feeling in heart from few days. So today I do ECG test which is ok. Then I do kft test, lft, lipid profile in which triglycerides is 181mg/dl and LDL cholesterol is 111mg/dl and sodium is 135mEq/l. Otherwise all report is ok. Suggest me what should I do.

First of all start using triphala n cinnamon strain every night and morning and medohar guggul 2 bd. Triphala powder (coarsely groound) may be soaked in water 2 tsp powder in a glass of water. Keep for 7-8 hrs or, mash a bit, filter, drink. In this water add one stick of ceylone cinnamon also. (cinnamon stick to be used only one time either morning or at night)

Hello, lybrate-user, He is obeased by 15 kg, approx,he should go to reduce his weight first. Triple vessels disease is caused due to pressure on coronary- arteries due to narrowness ,obstructing free blood supply to heart muscle resulting deficiency of Oxygen due to blockage. Cardio- surgeon will assess the level of blockage of each coronary arteries (out of three) & accordingly blockage be removed transplanting stent in the arteries to allow free blood supply to heart muscles to maintain oxygen supply to nourish d heart walls. An open heart surgery may take place in major blockage in all the arteries, or a minor blockage may be removed through angioplasty without opening the heart. He should reduce cholesterol from the blood being the main cause of blockage. Tk care.

First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels as this may not be due to your back pain. Whenever you do breathing in and out you will feel pain in the upper back, middle back and also the pain will radiate upwards until the shoulder and also up to the chest. You might feel chest congestion and tightness and that be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and shoulder. Drink hot water to reduce the gastric trouble. Kindly consult gastroenterologist if you doesn’t improve.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. Hello, I am having pin pointing pain over my left chest. I have consulted with cardiologist and get TMT and echo test and everything is fine. I am having this pain from almost an year now. Recently a month ago I noticed than my left ribcage has come little outwards from the center and also one of the bone of my left ribcage has come out a little (below left underarm). I think pain is starting between these points where rib bones are disordered. I do workout daily but due to this pain I have stopped lifting heavy weights from last 2 months. Dear lybrateuser, - Since you have pain when doing workout & you are able to pinpoint the location it is due to bone problem & the surrounding tissues - take rest do not aggravate it by exercising & lifting weight - apply pain killer gel three times a day on the affected area, apply lightly do not rub - take a nsaid tablet like brufen if pain is more - get x- chest done to find out exact cause & consult a doctor.

Not just indians, but all nationalities use oil in their daily lives. Only the type varies. As far as indian cooking is concerned, any of the traditionally used oils, in moderation are ok. It depends on what region you are from, your tastes, style of cooking, availability & cost. Eg: here is kerala, we use quite a lot of coconut oil in our cooking, but to someone from north india, it wouldn't sound very appealing as they mostly use it for hair care! but avoid vanaspathi.

How do I control my obesity and diabetic and blood pressure and precautions for the same.
Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight:-The most significant thing which can make a big difference to your health is to lose your extra weight. This will not only lower your blood pressure but also helps lowering your cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :-the timings at which you have your meals should be set fixed and at regular intervals each day. This will considerably improve your metabolic activity and helps reducing your weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-Splitting your meals into 3-4 times per day (including snacks)and eating in fair and consistent amount , improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-There should be no long gaps between meals. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Try to have moderate amount of food each time u eat. It will help maintain your blood sugar at a healthy level and won’t let it to fluctuate. Remember to eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:-Exercise is very important and a fast way to trim down calories, extra weight and controlling glucose level. Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best and easiest way of exercising. You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Avoid heavy exercise. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats as they are easily broken down to basic sugars. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet. 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated. Drink a lot of water that will help flush the toxins off your system. 11.Fresh vegetables and fruits:- gives essential benefits as these contain a lot of vital minerals as well as nutrients .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible and a rich source of nutrients. 12- Avoid excess salt:-in form of pickles/papads etc. 1 tsp(5 gm)is sufficient for a healthy hypertensive individual. 13-Avoid alcohol consumption:-Alcohols such as beer and wine contains large amount of calories. choose sugar-free drink. 14- dairy products :-Dairy products are high on fat content such as cheese, curd, milk etc. So instead consume skimmed milk products , low fat cheese, yogurt (curd) etc. Do not have more than two cups of tea or coffee every day. Try green tea instead.

Do regular exercise, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 3 avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumptio, excess tea/coffee. 4. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 5. Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain 6. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 7. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ecg and consult cardiologist.
