Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age pain could be due to acidity - follow some dietary precautions: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups a day, avoid alcohol & tobacco if you take - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for at least half an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - take syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful three times a day half an hour after meals - continue doing exercises as it is beneficial for your condition.

Most people normally shed 50 to 100 hairs a day. This usually doesn't cause noticeable thinning of scalp hair because new hair is growing in at the same time. Hair loss occurs when this cycle of hair growth and shedding is disrupted or when the hair follicle is destroyed and replaced with scar tissue. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: family history (heredity) hormonal changes medical conditions medications.

The heart pumps a constant supply of blood around the body through arteries, veins and capillaries. Blood pressure is a measure of the force of the blood on the walls of the arteries as the blood flows through them.
It's measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg) and recorded as two measurements:
systolic pressure – the pressure when your heart beats and squeezes blood into your arteries
diastolic pressure – the pressure when your heart rests between beats
For example, if your systolic blood pressure is 120mmHg and your diastolic blood pressure is 80mmHg, your blood pressure is 120 over 80, which is commonly written as 120/80.
Normal blood pressure is between 90/60 and 140/90. If you have a reading of 140/90 or more, you have high blood pressure (hypertension). This puts you at greater risk of developing serious health conditions, such as heart attack or stroke.
People with a blood pressure reading under 90/60 are usually regarded as having low blood pressure.

Hello there, for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it. Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough.

If a coronary artery, say, RCA has a diffused blockage i.e.100% blockage through out the RCA ; bypass surgery is possible (beneficial) for that RCA or not ?

BHMS, MD - Alternate Medicine
Homeopath, Nagpur
Its a tricky question as utility of a surgery will depend on your full case study & will depend on your morbidity like age, lifestyle, family history. So your cardiologist is a better person to suggest it. Please take opinion of at least two cardiologists.
