My heart beat is 120 bpm. and after 2 mins of exercise its 144. I get tired very easily. Should I worry or it is normal.

I am an employee. While in lunch time, I am taking lunch in can notene but I do not want to eat in can notene eat and also, I can not prepare it even at home. Please, suggest me the foods that replaces rice and even more nutritious than rice like oats or salads. I will take them to office and eat at lunch time. You can prepare masala oats and mix some vegetables in that for lunch. If you want to increase weight than eating brown rice in lunch will help you increase weight, so do not stop eating rice. Also take cottage cheese, buttermilk and seeds in lunch.

Hi Santosh, neck lymphadenitis can be due to multiple reasons like nose, ear or throat infection Please get proper clinical examination infections are common in pregnancy. Sometimes tuberculosis may present in cases of lymphadenitis. Treatment will depend upon diagnosis.

Dear lybrate user do not worry about being lean! you can gain the weight very easily with the diet and homoepathy medicine without any side effects. 1. Eat chicken without much fat 2. Take a egg daily 3. Take more milk and milk products like butter, curd, cheese, panner 4. Take more protein like soya beans, pulses, cereals 5. Eat more fruits and vegetables 6. NOW a day of viral fever. Never take asprin medicines in fever and cold now a days. Tests cbc,mp,ns1,urine r/m, you can take tab. Dolo-650 mg twice a day. Tab. Lcz-10 mg once a day. Dear lybrate-user! you can try some remedies n life style advice! Diet & Lifestyle Advice Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water, etc. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. Home Remedies Make a powdered preparation of equal quantities of the bark of three-leaved caper tree (varun), puncture pine (gokhru), thatch grass (kas) and horse gram (kulthi). Have 1 teaspoon of this powder 3-4 times a day with water. This is one of the best home remedies for kidney stones. Soak 2 teaspoon of radish seeds in a glass of water, boil and reduce it to half. Strain and drink 1/2 cup of it twice a day to assist in dissolving kidney stones. Take 60 grams of kidney beans. Crush these. Boil slowly for four hours in four litres of water. This liquid should be strained through fine muslin and then allowed to cool for about eight hours. Then, pour the liquid through another piece of muslin, without stirring. Drink this liquid once daily. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Hi also try this with your physical activity tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

You can take pain killer like meftal-spas -1 tablet three times daily after food to help during your periods. Alternative is to start taking hormonal pills like femilon for six months and see if this helps.
