Monitor your blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly. If it is high despite diet control and weight reduction you have to take medicine. Consult doctor with report

Fistula was operated about 02 years back but operation was not successful. I still have puss discharge from fistula from the open track. Is any medicine in homeopathic to treat it permanently.

MBBS, DNB (General Surgery), MNAMS (Membership of the National Academy) (General Surgery) , Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery, Fellow of Indian association og gastro intestinal endo surgeons

Fistula surgery has high risk of re-appearance of fistula, no matter how good or bad a surgery is done. Were you normal after surgery for over 1 year? the only treatment for fistula is surgery, proven by lot of research. Sushruta was indian surgeon whose surgical principles are still followed. Some fistulas may heal after one surgery only, some may require as many as over 20 surgeries. Simple fistulas heal in one surgery only but complex fistulas on an average require 3 to 4 surgeries or more. Surgery to be done depends on type location etc of fistula and may vary significantly with over 100 possible variations. Now a days many newer surgical techniques have come up. Mri fistulaogram will best help in planning the surgery.

You could be developing arterial/venous disease due to smoking of your legs and the cough could be because of chronic obstructive bronchitis or lung disease. Kindly consult a physician and or a pulmonologist for your problems. Then visit a psychiatrist for deaddiction of your smoking.

no treatments can cure the hep a, b, or c except interferon therapy which has very low success rate, many side effects and limited applicability. Lft test is prescribed to check liver function to be sure body is healing. Dont drink alcohol as it is very harmful to liver. Dont take prescription or over-the-counter drugs without consulting doctor. Viral count can be reduced using antiviral drugs like tenofovir or lamivudine based upon the condition and history of the patient also get tested for other types of hepatitis. Get vaccinated for the type of hepatitis that you havent been exposed to or you may get multiple hepatitis which finally leads to liver cancer. Untreated hepatitis finally may lead to cirrhosis or cancer of liver hence immediate treatment of hepatitis is recommended do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

How to Get Harder and Longer Lasting Erections Naturally and Without Drugs?

MD - General Medicine
Sexologist, Delhi
How to Get Harder and Longer Lasting Erections Naturally and Without Drugs?

ED or erectile dysfunction is a problem that affects millions of men. If you too get weak or soft erections, you are not alone.

What goes without saying is that ED is a highly depressing condition. It can put you under a lot of stress. It can be even more depressing for younger men. ED at a younger age can be a soul destroying experience.

Erectile disorder can be treated with the help of prescription drugs. However, the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of such pills is their side effects. Such medicines are not suitable for all men, specially those that suffer with serious health problems like cardiac issues etc.

Listed below are some of the best ways to help you get harder and longer lasting erections without using drugs:

1. Have a Positive Mindset

First and foremost, you need to believe that erectile dysfunction is not a death sentence. It can be treated and you can enjoy great sex once again. Almost every man experiences erectile problems at some or the other time in life.

You need to keep in mind that stress can only worsen your condition. Thus, try to relax and manage stress. Trust me, reducing stress can help you recover faster than you can imagine.

2. Begin Exercising

Exercise can help boost your sexual potency in a big way. Physically active men enjoy a great sex life and it's not without reason. Exercise helps boost both blood circulation and testosterone production in your body. Both good blood circulation and optimum testosterone production are essential for getting a rock solid erection.

Try to spare 20-30 minutes for a daily workout to enjoy a better libido and harder erections. Developing a stronger core can help boost your ejaculatory control immensely. So, try to focus on your abdominal muscles too.

3. Include Nuts In Your Diet

Nuts are a great source of essential or good fats that help your body on two important counts. First of all, they ensure better lubrication in your arteries which is important for ensuring good blood circulation. Secondly, such fats are important for testosterone production in your body.

Try to include a medium serving of nuts in your breakfast daily. However, do not over-indulge yourself since too much of such fats is also not a good thing.

4. Avoid Smoking

Trust me, there's nothing cool or great about smoking. As a matter of fact, nicotine and other toxins can cause a lot of internal damage to your body. These harsh chemicals can destroy arterial walls resulting in poor blood flow throughout the body including your penis.

The good thing, however, is that damage caused by such toxins can be reversed if you stop smoking before the age of 40. If you want to enjoy a great sex life, it's time to say no to cigarettes.

5. Try Natural Male Enhancement Pills

Natural male enhancement pills are a great way to boost your sexual potency without fearing side effects. Such pills have been gaining a lot of popularity over the past few years. This is largely because they are safe, effective and free of all kinds of side effects.

Though such pills do not produce instant results like prescription drugs, they can help build your body's reserves over a few months resulting in improved sexual function. Such pills can help boost your libido, speed up arousal and help you get instant erections on sexual stimulation.

Top notch pills are recommended by doctors and are also backed with clinical approvals. Regular use of such pills also helps build ejaculatory control.
