Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedures. You may consult me in person too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a toungue cleaner. You must go for replacement of the missing tooth always, either removable or fixed denture or implant. If left untreated, leads to drifting of the opposite and adjacent tooth towards the missing space.

This can be early childhood dental caries. You better consult a dentist as soon as possible. Previously it was known as baby bottle syndrome. But you need to go for check up. Not a serious problem, but surely needs consultation.

•Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. •Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. •Reduce your alcohol consumption. •Stop smoking. •Cut down on coffee. •Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. •Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. •Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. •Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. •Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. •Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. •Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. •Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. •If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. Pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. •Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. •You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too.

Tobacco, alcohol, hot spicy foods will not help you anymore to cure your burning, redness of your tongue. Put yastimadhu powder to your tongue frequently 3-4 times/day. and drink plain butter milk after lunch everyday. With this you need some medicine also. To correct your digestive system.

Hi lybrate-user tooth ache can arise due to several issues. Not necessarily there needs to be a decay. Sometimes the tooth clinically looks fine but there cud be a leakage from the sides of the tooth which is not visible and might need x-rays to find out or at times the nerve of the tooth might have decomposed causing an infection and cud nag you with pain. Visit your dentist for the problem cheers and god bless

Your son is a 12 year old, but the permanent teeth which are erupting in his mouth are of the size of a fully grown adult, this is absolutely normal. The size will get matched as he grows up. If the teeth are not in a proper order or crooked in nature, please consider consulting an orthodontist, or a child specialist dentist.

chewing cardamom (ilaichi) or clove can help but will not cure the problem. this is basically a kind of gum infection which develops due to deposition of plaque and calculus around teeth. visit a dentist for professional cleaning of your teeth, this will help in removal of these layers. follow strict oral hygiene habits along with the instructions given by the dentist brush twice a day along with rinsing your mouth after every meal. clean the tongue too because food particles also gets deposited on it. you can use antibiotic mouth rinses for a few weeks.

A gum problem can be because of only gum problems or combined bone and gum problems. In any case, only a proper gum treatment by a dentist will help relieve the pain. Please visit a gum specialist and get the cause of the problem treated.
