Dr. Sir, my low abd.& hip & joint of thigh get full pain when I awakening from bed. This will up to one or two hours daily. What is the solution?

Am having pain pain all the day in my back I had tried so many things but no results.
Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello. About 4-5 months ago I suffered from a wrist injury (during chest workout flat bench). I soon approached an orthopedist had X ray and fortunately no cracks were identified. But said to be maybe suffering with a ligament injury. Took medication and had semi plaster to my hand (left as it was) soon the pain recovered a lot. It recovered to a certain extent that I am able to do a variety of works but when it comes to lifting and over twisting I get a pain for the period and persists for a certain duration. Soon recovers but again when same stuff is carried out pain generates. I am unable to rejoin workout program due to this please suggest what has gone wrong I fear! A request to help soon!

Hey lybrate-user, Ligament injuries takes alot of time to recover and as its winter you will feel pain while doing certain movement and stiffness too. I would suggest you to wear wrist binder while lifting anything, though I would not suggest you to life anything heavy for couple of weeks. Keep doing hot water formentation and start with Ultrasound Sessions from a Physiotherapist followed by Resistance and Strengthening Exercises. No massage. Thanks.

Hi For back pain you can take 8 sessions of S.W.D and I.F.T followed by flexion exercise of back and for ankle do streching of calf muscles followed by contrast bath, consult physiotherapist for same.

Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strenthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Hello. You can go ahead with a good lumbar belt that covers the entire lower back for support. It can be the simplest one. Brand does not matter. Also, the best thing to be done at this time is ask your mother to hold in her belly button in as 10-15% contraction and maintain that during her day to day activities. That is while standing, getting up from bed, sitting on a chair, standing in the kitchen and especially while doing household chores and liftiing objects. The reason to do is- her core muscles are weak and that is the real cause of back pain, By doing this contraction, she would minimize the risk of worsening her back pain and GIVES A NATURAL SUPPORT TO HER CORE WITHOUT WEARING THE BELT FOR ALL DAY LONG. For migrane to occur there has to be a triggering factor which only you can decide on your symptoms and there can be back pain because of wrong posture.

If vehicle is heavy for him do change do learn stretching and strengthening exercises from neuro physiotherapist apply hot water and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 6 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.
