Fallow this diets breakfast take oats or dalia salty one plate, 11am take sprouts one plate in lunch take proper meal like dal, 2chapati, vegetables, salad in evening take green tea with 5pics of badam in dinner take vegetables roti and salad, take proper water like 12glass of water every day add in daily diets sprouts, paneer, rajama, fruits.

Daily masturbation is definitely harmful. Two times a week of masturbation is ok. You want to increase ejaculation time and size of penis. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids.

Lot of very thick mucus is coming from my mouth when I cough. This is happening only from 4 days. I started having steam from 5 days. Any medical reasons.

The steam you inhale gets condensed in the airways and gravity makes it trickle down towards lungs which naturally cannot be allowed to prevent occlusion of air spaces called alveoli. The cilia ( small microscopic hair ) of the inner lining of airways make a throatward movement taking up minute droplets of this along with sticky mucus secretions of the airways which reaches the throat and its collection there every few minutes compells you to cough it out.

It can be due to hyper stimulation of the para sympathetic nervous system and I will suggest you to wear cotton clothes and drink minimum of three litres of water per day and apply talcum powder eight hourly.

Hello, Quit habits strictly. Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of OSMF .Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Wrap 25 to 30 ice-cream sticks, make a bundle, put it between upper & lower front teeth for 15 minutes thrice a day increase 1 sticks each day. As for now Take this medicines T.SM fibre-30nos, once a day for a month, C. Becosules 5 cap (enriched with Vitamin A, Vitamin B & Vitamin E specifically), for five days in the morning after meals. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

I have a geographic tongue. I have consulted many doctors and they prescribe vitamins and stuff. I have those medicines and my tongue gets better for about like 2 months and then (even with the continuation of the medicines) gets back to its original condition. How do I deal with this? yes it's doesn't have a cure but you can reduce the occurrence with lifestyle changes and food habits....meditation and yoga helps by cleaning our body....avoid foods which aggravate the condition....you can do allergic food testing for that...or at home by slowly introducing different food and checking which is not suited for your body

I am having low bp problem and whenever my bp is low I use to have vomiting tendency what should I do for it?

If you have low bp 1. Drink plenty of water/ nimbu pani/electral powder with water 2. Increase salt intake 3. Take plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables, fruits. Fish, chicken etc 4. Avoid alcohol 5, go for regular exercise 6. Drink tea/ coffee 7. Avoid prolonged standing 8. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression 9. Take. Adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 10. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 11. Check your hemoglobin, monitor bp and consult physician for advice and treatment.

Getting a diagnosis

A diagnosis will help the doctor rule out other illnesses that might have similar symptoms to dementia, including depression. There are drugs available that appear to alleviate some of the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease in some people. Whether you are someone with dementia or a carer, a diagnosis can help you to prepare and plan for the future.
Every person experiences dementia in their own individual way, but there is usually a decline in memory, reasoning and communication skills and a gradual loss of the skills needed to carry out daily activities.If you are feeling confused, agitated or forgetful, you should see your GP. If you are close to someone who is showing these symptoms, you could suggest that you accompany them on their first visit.

Becoming forgetful does not necessarily mean that you have dementia. Memory loss can be an effect of ageing. It can also be a symptom of stress or depression. In rare cases, dementia-like symptoms can be caused by vitamin deficiencies and/or a brain tumour.
The GP is the first person to consult. The GP may then refer the person being diagnosed to a specialist consultant. Assessments can include conversations with the person being diagnosed and those close to them, a physical examination, memory tests and/or brain scans.

Hi, I am basically a UPSC aspirant and I need to read a lot throughout day and my problem is that when I go to bed I couldn't sleep faster as my brain starts thinking about what I have studied or plans the next day work so on and so forth .this delays my sleeping and also also the quality of sleep. I don't feel like I am actually sleeping. I feel tired on the next day that affects my study plan. Can anyone suggest me a way to handle this effectively? I want better sleep.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.
