Hi lybrate-user. If you r a smoker, first of all stop that and avoid hot or spicy food. U need a multivitamin course and betadine mouth gargles twice a day. If possible send me pics of your throat so that I can see the ulcer.

Tonsils are lymphatic glands and are guards in pharyngeal area as protection. Never go for tonsillectomy, as it is a usual custom after prolonged medication. Homoeopathically there are beautiful remedies for it to have a complete cure. The selection of indicated remedy is differ from individual to individual. So find a good Homoeopath in your area and get treated as early as possible.

If he had a ear bleed do get a ct scan of temporal bones done to rule out any fracture. It's better to get assured than later repent. Keep ear dry no water should go into ears. Avoid using ear drops. Get also an ent consultation done to ascertain if there is any injury to the ear drum. Will need to take a course of antibiotics after the consultation to avoid infection.

I get tired very soon after hard work and feel dizzy often while walking what should I do?

BAMS

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Are a few things that could cause a fast heart rate when there's a good amount alcohol consumption: #1. Dehydration. Lowers blood volume so heart has to work faster to compensate #2. Ion imbalance could cause misfires on your heart. Probably as the result of dehydration as well. #3. Alcohol withdraw symptoms #4 low oxygen level (sleeping/passed out under a blanket or pillow) when the oxygen level gets dangerously low, the fight or flight response kicks up to boost the intake of oxygen and circulation. #5. Of course panic attack when you realize that your heart rate is above normal after waking up suddenly from your sleep (even when you have been passed out). Basically the panic attack is a result of the above symptoms. There are probably more reasons, but those few above were the big ones. Unless you have a serious heart problem and you are on heart medication, you shouldn't worry about the heart rate at all. Hopefully this is helpful for you guys out there.

Hello, During the time when one season changes to another , certain viruses get active in environment ,causing nose and throat infection in some individuals. Some persons are more susceptible to such attacks. Management includes bed rest , a simple analgesic like paracetamol ( OTC ) , lot of warm soothing liquids ( like tea ), antiallergics in some cases. Usually an attack is self limiting and lasts for about one week.
