Hi lybrate-user! Actually speaking smoking is injurious to health, inspite of knowing many do not quit. Intake of tulasi is good, but you should stop smoking gradually from 2 to 1 and then 1 and then completely stop. Smoking can be avoided by diverting mind into something good or hobby. . In ayurveda there is mention panchakarma treatment. Panchakarma means five procedure for detoxification of body in this five procedure for stress you should do shirodhara treatment. You will get good result so consult good ayurvedic doctors.

Sir i'm going to gym it's almost 4 to 5 months on but when I am giving gap to gym means like 2 to 3 days then after I continue the gym at least 2 day my body starts paining.

This happens to everyone. It is due to the build up of lactic acid. If you don't go to gym for 2-3 days, during that time too, you must do basic stretching exercises at home. Also take ample fluids and rest.

My grandpa say to me his body is aching but Its normal what treatment best for it?

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

How to improve concentration Focus on the task at hand: If talking with someone: ask questions; if reading a book or a report: ask yourself how you would summarize what you just read to a friend or to your boss. In general, avoid and/or eliminate distractions. Tune out every­thing else. The harder the task, the more impor­tant it is to tune out dis­trac­tions. Do not try to double-task, this will increase your errors and divide your attention. Attention is limited. When you try to do several things at once, you necessarily have to divide your attention and thus concentrate less on each individual tasks. Use meditation. Several studies have shown that meditation can be a good brain training tool that affects especially attentional / concentration skills.

Nonsense, there is no connection between nightfall and garlic. Garlic is good for you. Nocturnal emissions are absolutely normal anyway and it is a discharge of excess semen and is a natural process. At this age, there will be more of this activity and is absolutely normal.

My father is nearly 58 years old. Awaiting to getting retired in this month and. Also be saw thinking about money always and he hated all of us at home and getting angry also he is very depressed. Retirement is big change in anyone's life. One has to plan for the retirement, in the sense that, along with financial planning, one needs to think in advance how to spend time constructively after retirement. Your father might be worried about something and is appears a that he is not happy. He may not be hating you, but he is taking out his anger and frustration on you. Probably his expectations are not met and that might be putting him under stress. Please talk to your father, about what are his worries, what does he plan to do after retirement. Retirement might be giving him a sense of losing control, assure him of your support. Assure him that, now slowly, he can pass on his responsibilities to you and/or your siblings if any. Encourage him to plan his daily routine after retirement. Encourage him to take up a hobby if possible, encourage him to meet his friends, do some social service. Check with him, if he wants to do some other job from home/online, help him in exploring different possibilities. See if he is worried about his health, encourage him to go for walk/yoga. But don't treat him like a child. He needs to take care of himself. If he is neglecting his health then that is because of low self esteem and general sad feelings. Please try to talk to him about his worries and anxieties and tell him you love him and care for his wellbeing. It appears that he has been cheated earlier in life by other people and hence has developed suspicious nature. Please talk to him about this and assure him that you are his family and will not cheat him. Take care.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Agoraphobia is social anxiety disorder. Ayurvedic medicines are not effective enough for short term. Social anxiety disorder treatment consists of cognitive behavioral therapy, life style changes, relaxation therapy and meditation. Once you learn how to manage your anxiety yourself with the help of the above treatment methods, you will be cured and you can stop the medicines if any. The process could take some time according to the depth of the problem and the circumstances at which the patient lives. Take care.

You should try to make new friends, go out with your loved ones, talk to your friends and close relative about your feelings. Indulge in any physical activity such as tennis, swimming, cycling or any kind of sports. Do yoga and meditation regularly. Walk for 30 minutes everyday. You can start. Saaraswatarishta kadha 2spoons twice orally with equal quantity of warm. Capsule tagar 2-2 for three months. Mix following powder and take 2spoons three times a day with milk for 3 months. Bhringraj+ brahmi+ jatamansi +ashwagandha.
