you can take tab. dolo for pain. you should be avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again. Without control of diabetes no treatment will work.

I am having knee pain on the inner side from quite some time It usually is very severe in the night when I sleep on my side and knees are on top of one other. You should take acupressure treatment and take biochemic Nat phos 200x + calc phos200x .4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days and inform me private online.

You may take belladona 30 thrice a day for two days. Do not exert your self. While sleeping do not take pillow. You posture should be correct. Do not sit for a long time before computer. Do exercise with the consultation of physiotherapy.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

you have to avoid lifting heavy weight for atleast 6 months and if can avoid lifting weights permanently then its going to help your back. once you have a vertebral fracture then there is going to be some change in the alignment and this by itself can cause back pain .

This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.

I'm taking modalert 200 mg daily, this medicine helps me a lot to work efficiently. Without it I feel sedative. I want to continue it but I'm facing a problem. After taking it I feel a back pain associated with upset stomach. I don't know whether I should stop it or not. Please advice.

Its common sense that one should not take any medication without a valid prescription. May be you should become alert and become health conscious and follow healthy lifestyle instead. There is no need to take any medicines (even multivitamins) if there is no particular ailment. Please follow healthy eating habit and sleep on time even on weekends as the body sets its own sleep rhythm and gets sufficient rest. Exercise everyday for 30 minutes to 1 hour if possible. Learn Yoga as it can rejuvenate you and make you feel alert and energetic. No medicine can replace the effects of good healthy habits. Be in touch with your physician and get annual health checkup done.

I got a fracture in my right hand. My humerus bone was broken while arm wrestling in the gym. I got a operation and they fixed it. They insert a plate inside my hand to fix my bone. My hand was broken in last may but I have still pain in my hand. I can' t do any work. If I try to do push ups it start paining. Please help me out.

Hello dear which exercise you had done. Had you consult with your physio. You have to do hot fermentation to your knees. Wear knee cap during heavy activities. Gentle ointment massage also can do. Consult with me again after 3days.

Apply ice pack Do active movements of wrist Sit along side of table with your forearm stabilised & hand at the edge, hold about half kg weight in your hand & then move wrist up & down 10times, keeping forearm in midposition do same movement 10times; twice daily

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart..
