Uti if not treated well and adequately in time can cause complications in pregnancy. Do urine culture sensitivity after the antibiotic course to confirm that infection is over.

Healthy Diet For Working Women!

Healthy Diet For Working Women!

Many a times, working women due to their busy schedules seem to forget to have a healthy diet and tend to munch on unhealthy food items during their work hours. This should be avoided and working women should pay a heed to what they are eating so that you can avoid complications later. So here are some healthy diet tips suggested by a working woman herself, a Lucknow dietician and the best dietician in India.

  1. Carry a healthy and homemade lunch to office: Prepare a healthy lunch at home and carry it to your office. For this, the best dietician in India says that include all the nutrients in your lunch. Include veggies, rotis, rice and dal, and a salad to your tiffin box.
  2. Avoid packed foods: If you get hungry during your work hours and feel like munching on something then do not go for processed and packed foods. Instead, Lucknow dietician, the best dietician in India suggests you to carry a fruit or some dry fruits and nuts with you to eat when you feel like munching.
  3. Limit the number of cups of coffee and tea you drink: Offices usually have coffee machines and access to tea as well. The best dietician in India says that because of this, working women tend to drink a number of cups of coffee and tea. Try to limit this amount to just one cup per day or even better, none at all.
  4. Don’t skip breakfast: No matter how much of a hurry you are in, the best dietician in India says that the most important meal of the day i.e. breakfast should not be missed. A good, healthy breakfast will help in keeping you energetic all day.
  5. Dinner: Yes, the Lucknow dietician agrees that you might get exhausted and hungry after a long day’s work. And you might put any food in your mouth that comes in front of you just to fight hunger. But the best dietician in India says that it is important to stay mindful and pay attention to what you are eating for your dinner as well. Again, eat healthy and nutrient-packed food for your dinner.

Lucknow dietician says that working women should follow this diet plan for gaining the best of health.

Clear watery discharge from vagina some time creamy. No smell no blood no pain. Back pain. Always feel very weak and dazy. Also never feel hungry. Breast feeding baby 2 years age. What to do.

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Hello- Water discharge from vagina is known as Leucorrhoea. If it is less or unnoticeable thn it is termed as normal but excessive discharge associated with symptoms like back ache, letharginess, heaviness in abdomen or even abdominal discomfort is alarming sign of weak uterine health. It denotes inflammation of uterus, and since the vertebrae of your back is dependent upon the structures inside it cause pain in back. -Stop breast feeding first of all.(Breast feeding above one year can effect the health of both mother and child) -Avoid spicy and sour diet. -Incorporate natural zinc supplements in your diet. -Compensate the deficiency of amino acids by eating fresh fruits and vegetables. -Always keep your bowel clean. Drink plenty of water and fiber rich meals. -You can also start using Dashmularistha (a very effective and safe ayurvedic remedy for vaginal discharge)

U can feel baby movements around 16 weeks pregnancy. It varies from patient to patient. Yes, if the cervix is short, you might need to get a cervical encirclage. This will ensure that you do not have a miscarriage. Please get a good ultrasound report to ensure that you have a short or dilated cervix.

Truly speaking even I am confused about the prescription. But being a homoeopath I have no right to speak about their treatment. But the issue on hand is Vomiting then why should you go for such treatment. While in homoeopathy there are better and safer medicines are available. The only requirement is proper details of the complaint for that you have to consult. Till then you may try taking Sepia 30 1 dose. Stat and then report after 2 days.

You are suffering from vaginal infections which is transmitted to your partner also. It's very common due to improper hygiene. You both need to be treated simultaneously with combination antibiotics.
