Antitussive cough syrp will be helpful. Do lukewarm water gargles twice a day. Take steam inhalation twice daily. . Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. If still symptoms persists, get ur xray chest pa view done, cbc done.

Do following and things will be under control 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat .and keep in touch for further advise good

Tips To Help You Lower Your Cholesterol!

Low density lipoprotein or LDL is the bad cholesterol that adds to plaque development alongside triglycerides, which is another lipid. High density lipoprotein or HDL is the good cholesterol that diminishes plaque development. Plaque can hinder the blood supply to the heart, brain, legs or kidneys, leading to heart attacks, stroke or even death. To lower the cholesterol for a younger heart, you may follow the below steps:

  1. Reduced fats: Do without greasy meats such as bologna, salami, pepperoni and wieners; and greasy red meats such as ribs and prime cuts of hamburger, pork, veal or sheep. Likewise, you must abstain from skip skin on chicken or turkey. Stay away from full-fat dairy items including whole grain, cheese, cream, cream cheese and spread. These food items contain saturated fat and cholesterol. Both are connected with higher blood cholesterol and plaque development.
  2. Intake fiber: In particular, get used to food items which are high in dissolvable fiber. In the gut, dissolvable fiber can provide bulk to the bile and easily expel it from the body. Search for dissolvable fiber in oats, oat wheat, ground flaxseed, psyllium, grain, leafy vegetables, in addition to some whole grain oats.
  3. Go veggie: Pick no less than one meatless meal for every week. Substitute animal protein (meat, poultry, eggs, cheddar) for plant-based protein such as beans, lentils, tofu or quinoa. Consume these plant-based proteins with a plate of mixed greens, soup, panfry, or a burrito.
  4. Be aware of carbs: Following a low-carb eating routine can help you get in shape and decrease cardiovascular hazards. Pick high fiber sugars like oats, whole grain, starches, beans, lentils, and organic products, which will give you the energy you require, apart from keeping you feeling full.
  5. Lose some weight: In case you are overweight or stout, shed the additional pounds. Weight reduction brings down the LDL levels. Reducing even 10 to 20 pounds can have a positive effect.
  6. Move more: Do an hour and a half of cardiovascular exercise every day for an ideal heart wellbeing and weight reduction. Cardiovascular exercise implies any action that uses muscles in an efficient way and builds the heart rate. Strolling, cycling, paddling and swimming can be helpful. You sound like you could be in an unhealthy symbiosis with your parents and therefore the high level of fear in their absence. This may have contributed to the breakup with your last girlfriend. Your fear is now too much that your imagination is running wild and suggesting all kinds of possibilities to actually seem like you are suffering from a heart problem. You need to break the bonds with your parents and learn to be independent. You must meet with a counselor and work out your dependency needs. In the meantime, you could also attend a good personality development course, socializing course, attend a gym regularly and learn a lot of skills in relating to other people. You need to develop​ self-confidence and self-esteem too.

Dr has rightfully elaborated the dos & don'ts. Corollary to it I suggest: heavy breakfast, moderate lunch & a light dinner at a regular time. Avoid red meat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water, sleep for 8 hours, exercise regularly, take a break from work (holiday) once a week and long breaks to do what your heart desires to do, 2 to 3 times in a year. Life becomes a paradise!

Hello Lybrate User, Here are few preventive measures to reduce Cholesterol levels, follow this tips - * Exercise - Do 30 - 45 minutes a day of moderate cardio. It will help s to lose weight and boosts your HDL levels. * Diet - eat more fibers, eat healthy fats i.e. Nuts, olive oil, avocado all have fats that won't increase your LDL, limit cholesterol intake, i.e. Reduce high saturated fat foods like cheese, whole milk. Choose fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, low fat or nonfat dairy products, eat low salt diet. * Quit smoking, limit alcohol and caffeine consumption. * Do practice relaxation and breathing exercises. * Garlic - it helps to reduce high cholesterol. In the morning take a small piece of garlic and crush it and take with glass of water. The garlic contains allicin which helps to lower high blood pressure and prevents blood clotting. * Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water, per day. Take homeopathy treatment for High Cholesterol. To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

This is called orthostatic low bp//hypotension. Common in old age//with some medicines and hypovolemia. R you taking medicine for bp or enlarged prostate? meanwhile while getting up from bed -rest on bed few minutes in sitting position this will prevent low bp. Take adequate food--liquids.

Your bp is normal and vomiting n head heaviness not due to bp as it is normal so may be you have migraine so tell abt proper duration and location of headach and any other sign apart fm vomiting.

It is true that levels of oxygen are lower at higher altitudes ,even within aeroplanes but with new technology the oxygen levels within plane are okay. low levels of oxygen do trigger a heart attack. let him carry a small portable oxygen cylinder with him and breathe oxygen within plane without asking the crew for it ,though they do have it as all of us are aware about emergency situations , oxygen masks are dropped but why bother. there should be no difficulty in taking permission but do make everything very clear so that he does not face problems at airport during clearance.

Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. Put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.
