I am 56 years male having b. P 160/120 (hyper tension) and sugar 100-140. Taking tablets for 14 years. Presently I am feel tired of continuing my job. What is your advise?
My wife is 72 year old, diabetic- fairly under control with wide range of medicines including BP, Sugar, Thyroid, but managing well, walking enough morning evening. She is however losing weight which is the cause of concern. Please advise.
From last six seven months I have been closely monitoring my bp at home regularly on digital bp meter and my maximum readings are mostly around 123/75.124/70.128/80.132/80. 135/70.126/70.137/80.142/80. Etc. But whenever I visit my doctors clinic it shows around 160/90. Meanwhile two months before I have done several tests such as diabetes, thyroid, kft, lipid profile, ecg,2d echo, chest ex ray, usg pelvic, and all were perfectly normal and no abnormalities detected in any of these tests. Since then my doctor has prescribed me avacard 5 mg tab. My question is that do I really have high bp because at home on digital monitor it seems to be normal and at my doctors clinic it is around 160/80.160/90. Will I have to take bp medicines through out my life.
So Doctor what are the life style we need to adopt to have a healthy heart and what are the methods required to have a quality in health life.
I was in stress few month back Started on tablet Metpure exel 25 mg once a day. Blood pressure was around 160/100. NOW WITH Tablet it is 110 /80. BUT FREE OF stress NOW. Stress is relieved. Should I continue medicines.
I am getting slight pain in my heart and sometimes in my right chest. I am suffering from gas trouble suggest medicine.
For the past two weeks, my BP varies between 57/80 to 64/90. Is it a matter of concern. I am a woman aged 43 years
I am 25 year old male. I am currently facing issues during breathing. I feel breathless in the morning while wake up. I also have chest pain. Pls suggest.
How to control hypertension and please suggest some food and meditation which can lower the high bp.
Best way to improve your health is by improving your breathing technique
- Doctors recommend - we should breathe from our diaphragm instead of breathing from our chest. This change in the breathing pattern will help to maximize the oxygen intake and will also ensure that you stay calm.
Change your breathing style to improve the way your body functions and blood circulation.
