You don't have to worry about sex power. Worry is weakness. You need to take MRI and probably you will get cure by procedure called endoscopic discectomy which we perform at our Center. This is button hole day care surgery without stitches.

My legs are swelling and I can't walk with comfort. There's always a pain from the knees to the lower ankle. There's also a problem in urination. Urine is not clear. When the pain starts, after an hour or two the pain becomes unbearable and I can't walk or work any more. The bone in the left ankle have also extended causing pain while walking.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Hello for slip disc you need to have xray or MRI must. For sure diagnosis for treatment mediation, panchkarma is needed. We can cure it in 6 months if it's slip disc. On diet avoid spicy, sour, salty, cold food, pickles, fermented foods do consult in private for medication n treatment plan. Thank you.

Ginger can help reduce inflammation of the blood vessels in the head, thus providing relief from a headache. Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day.
