Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Hye. There is no direct relationship like that. You just have to know you cannot overindulge in either. Also eating the right foods at the right time is crucial to maintain stamina. Workout or sex, both can become a stress for the body if diet is not right.

Since, you have no time for gym I would advise you to pay attention to the points below - You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Androgenetic hair loss is seen in both men and women but is more dramatic in men. Hair may simply thin as a result of predetermined genetic factors and the overall aging process. Many men and women may notice mild physiologic thinning of hair starting in their 30s and 40s. Thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss. Prevention of hair loss includes good hair hygiene, regular shampooing, and good nutrition. It is therefore normal to lose about 100 hairs every day, more of them on days when shampooing loosens the hairs that are ready to fall out. There are thousands of unproven claims and products to help with hair regrowth. These products are usually harmless but generally not scientifically proven and therefore potentially useless. Medications indicated for hair regrowth include minoxidil (rogaine) and finasteride (propecia). Surgical procedures like hair transplants can be useful for some women as well as men to" fill in" thinned-out areas. More women have underlying causes of hair loss than men. These include treatable conditions like anemia and thyroid disease and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Oily skin is a common cosmetic problem that is characterized by medium to large-sized pores, a shiny appearance, especially around the area of the nose, chin, and forehead, and a tendency to develop blemishes and blackheads. Stress, medications, hormones, incorrect products and changes in seasons can rob skin of needed moisture, causing it to produce a surge of oil to compensate for what’s lacking; overuse of products including make up which is not suitable for your skin type, and sun tan can injure skin and cause it to produce excess oil. Skin always reacts in the opposite way to the way we want it to: the more vigorously you attempt to remove the sebum, the more skin will produce oil to replace it. It is therefore important to consult a dermatologist to understand what kind of products are to be used according to your skin type. A dermatologist can help you identify various cleansers, toners and astringents which are most suitable to your skin to not only get immediate relief from oily skin but also avoid unpleasant itching and dryness. There are various chemical peels available which helps in cleaning the pores from within and it is always advisable to get peels done from a dermatologist or cosmetologist only.

जैसे-जैसे हमारी उम्र बढ़ती जाती है, हमारी त्वचा कसावट खोती जाती है। बढ़ती उम्र के निशान किसी के लिए भी चिंता का कारण बन सकते हैं। बढ़ती उम्र को नहीं रोका जा सकता लेकिन इसके असर को जरूर कम किया जा सकता है। उम्र के साथ दिखने वाले इन बदलावों से परेशान ज्यादातर लोग कॉस्मेटिक सर्जरी की ओर रुख करने लगते हैं। मगर ये सर्जरी काफी महंगी होती हैं साथ ही इनके साइड इफेक्ट भी होते हैं। कॉस्मेटिक सर्जरी के बजाय यहां कुछ बेहद आसान और सस्ते उपाय हैं जिन्हें अपनाकर त्वचा में कसावट लाई जा सकती है। 

वजह

उपचार से पहले ये जान लेना भी जरूरी है कि किन वजहों से त्वचा में ढीलापन आ जाता है। त्वचा का ढीलापन सबसे पहले चेहरे पर नजर आना शुरू होता है। झुर्रियां और क्रो फीट ये शुरुआती निशान के रूप में दिखते हैं। इसके बाद आपकी त्वचा गालों, नाक, होंठ के आसपास, गर्दन और हाथों पर भी ढीली होने लगती है। इसका मुख्य कारण है त्वचा में कोलेजन निर्माण की गत‌ि का धीमा होना।

ये उपाय हैं बेहद काम के

मालिश- मालिश त्वचा में कसावट लाने का सबसे कारगर उपाय है। मालिश से रक्त संचार बढ़ता है। रोजाना सोने से पहले अपनी त्वचा को सूट करने वाले किसी भी तेल से मालिश करें। इससे चेहरे पर चमक आएगी, झुर्रियां नहीं पड़ेंगी साथ ही कसाव लाने में मदद मिलेगी। इस उपाय की सबसे अच्छी बात ये है कि इसका कोई साइड इफेक्ट नहीं होगा न ही ज्यादा खर्चा आएगा। मालिश के ल‌िए बादाम का तेल, नारियल का तेल, कैस्टर ऑयल और ऑलिव आयल बेहतर विकल्प हो सकते हैं।

  • नारियल का तेल: नारियल का तेल खूबसूरती के लिए वरदान है। इसे आप सर्कुलर मोशन में चेहरे पर लगाएं इससे दाग-धब्बे दूर होंगे, झुर्रियां नहीं पड़ेंगी साथ ही त्वचा में कसाव भी दिखेगा।
  • कैस्टर ऑयल: थोड़े से कैस्‍टर ऑयल में नींबू और लेवेंडर की कुछ बूंदे डाल कर रात में सोते समय त्‍वचा पर मालिश करें। ऐसा कुछ दिनों तक करने से स्किन टाइट हो जाएगी।
  • बादाम का तेल: बादाम तेल से त्वचा में नमी बनाए रखता है। यह स्‍किन को टाइट करता है और स्‍ट्रेच मार्क्स भी दूर रखता है। बादाम के तेल से रोजाना मालिश के बाद आपको त्वचा में साफ फर्क दिखाई देगा। 
  • ऑलिव ऑयल: ऑलिव ऑयल या जैतून के तेल की मालिश त्वचा के लिए बेहद फायदेमंद होती है। इससे रंगत निखरने के साथ त्वचा में झुर्रियां नहीं पड़तीं। इस तेल से मसाज करके त्वचा ढीली नहीं पड़ती।

ये भी आजमाएं: 

योग त्वचा से जुड़ी समस्याओं के लिए बेहद उपयोगी है। इससे बढ़ती उम्र के प्रभाव को भी कम किया जा सकता है। योग से ब्लड सर्कुलेशन बढ़ता है। ये शरीर को मजबूत बनाता है साथ ही कसावट लाता है | 

पानी शरीर से हानिकारक तत्व बाहर निकालता है साथ ही त्वचा में नमी बनाए रखता है। दिनभर जितना ज्यादा-से-ज्यादा हो सके, पानी पिएं | बहुत अच्छे परिणाम के लिए 6 से 8 गिलास पानी पीने की आदत डालें |

खाने का असर आपके पूरे व्यक्तित्व और स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ता है। अपने आहार में विटामिन ए, सी, ई और के शामिल करें। इससे त्‍वचा के अंदर कोलाजेन बनने की प्रक्रिया तेज होती है। मल्टी विटामिन दवाओं के बजाए आहार में मेवे शामिल करें। बादाम, छुआरा, अखरोट, किशमिश, काजू और मखाने को रोजाना स्नैक्स के रूप में शामिल करें।

रोजाना करें क्लींजिंग, टोनिंग और मॉइश्चराइज‌िंग: सोने से पहले कच्चे दूध से चेहरा साफ करें, गुलाब जल लगाएं और किसी अच्छे मॉइश्चराइजर का इस्तेमाल करें। कॉस्मेटिक से परहेज रखना चाहती हैं तो नारियल का तेल लगाकर सोएं।

स्क्रब करें- मृत त्वचा हटाने से चेहरे पर चमक आती है साथ है, बैक्टीरिया भी दूर होते हैं। घरेलू स्क्रब के रूप में आटे के चोकर को दूध में भिगोकर लगाएं। चीनी में मलाई और नींबू मिलाकर स्क्रब के रूप में इस्तेमाल करें।

आजमाएं ये फेसपैक-

  • अंडे का सफ़ेद भाग– 1
  • मुल्तानी मिट्टी – 2 चम्मच
  • शहद – 2 चम्मच
  • ग्लिसरीन – कुछ बूँदें

अंडे के सफेद भाग में 2 चम्मच मुल्तानी मिट्टी, कुछ बूँद ग्लिसरीन और एक चम्मच शहद अच्छे से मिलाएं। अब इसे 20 मिनट तक चेहरे पर लगा लें और फिर गुनगुने पानी से धो लें। मुल्तानी मिट्टी के स्थान पर आटे का भी प्रयोग किया जा सकता है। त्वचा तैलीय होने पर मिश्रण में ग्लिसरीन न मिलाएं।

it is actually spermatorrhoea. There are many causes more related to age,diseases of blood vessels and nerves,abuse of drugs,alcohol,smoking and medications. Perhaps the most common in your age group relates to psychologic factors.Guilt complex about masturbation is one single cause of performance anxiety. Also fear of losing manliness due to loss of sperm is known as Dhat syndrome quite common in India. Anxiety,depression are other contributing conditions. More than any medication you may need counselling but then few tests may be needed to rule out physical problems. A doppler test would rule out blood vessel relatd problems,and an endocrine workup to rule out testosterone based endocrine problems. NPT test otherwise known as Nocturnal Penile Tumiscence Test rules out organic problems. GO FOR HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT.

I am feeling continually pain @my heart, during 1½ days then I take a disprin with pain killer & it's gone not fully after that done ecg + x-ray & report shows bronchovascular marking are prominent in b/l lung field. I don't know what's this! Are it's serious thing? I quit smoking! N what I do now?

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Hello, for removing black dots from face you can strat eating more salads in your regular diet. Drink atleast4-5 liters of water daily. 1) cut lemon in two parts and rub the sclied part on your black spots. 2) you can also use the mixture of alove vera gel with turmeric powder apply to face let it dry then rinse with water.
