Piles needs surgery for permanent cure. You should get your proctoscopy done under local anaesthesia to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile you can apply shield ointment for local aplication inside anal canal.

frequent urination is not always due to diabetes Frequent urination may be due to many reason like Physiological( normal) due to excess tea/ coffee or may Psychogenic Or may be due to Urinary infection isotretinoin does not cause Diabetes but excess isotretinoin can cause other side effects

Hi. Erectile dysfunction, often referred to as ED, is characterized by a persistent and recurring inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. Psychological (like stress and anxiety, poor communication with your partner, unrealistic sexual expectations, negative feelings about non performance, depression), physical and lifestyle (smoking, alcohol and sometimes illicit drugs and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone) or neurologic disorders (such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease) issues can all cause ED, as can trauma to nerves and arteries (for example, from prostate surgery). Answer to your problem lies in your question. Here are some tips to help you. 1. Avoid late nights at work. Keep fixed sleep wake cycle. If you have work to do its better to wake up early morning and do it rather than being awake late at night. 2. Avoid excess caffeine or tea specially in evening. 3. Avoid smoking or alcohol. 4. Exercise daily morning. 5. Take over the counter available analgesics like paracetamol for relief of headache. For further queries consult again.

Stammering is a speech disorder which affects your and personality. I can understand it has been giving you lot of anxiety and doubts. What you need is a therapist who can retrain the way you speak. As a start I would like you to read aloud as much as possible by taking each letter of a word at a time. L- e- t - t - e - r. Llllllllllll. Each word should extended as much as you can. This should continue for half an hour daily. Then you need to do relaxation exercises. After practicing this for one week. I will tell you next step.

Hi lybrate-user Try using mouth wash after every meal .use a tongue cleaner everyday. Keep a cardamom in your mouth after using mouth wash. If you can not use mouthwash rinse your mouth with water and salt. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid garlic ,onion in breakfast and lunch.

Hi soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning.
