Eat food which contain lot of protein like eggs ,chicken ,fish, prawns.eat vegetables and leafy vegetables .take milk daily 2 times. Sleep properly minimum 6 hours sleep is required .eat pulses and go for Brown rice instead of normal polished rice.in Brown rice lot of vitamins are present. Take B complex tablet daily one.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Once you go for your classes and do the dance on a daily basis - you will definitely be able to do it perfectly with your fat on both sides because it requires practice for six months to achieve your results

to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule. Hello. Following things will be helpful for you to reduce your weight: 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

The only way to increase vitamin D naturally in body is sun exposure of 15-20 mins daily. Vit D supplements can help for short term if the levels are very low. But Vitamin D cannot be produced without sun exposure. Therefore please take a walk in sunlight between 11 to 2 PM for 20 mins wearing short sleeves shirt, and if possible shorts/half pants. Do it regularly.
