Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Hello. Greying of hair at dis age can b due to multivitamin defficiencies. Nwsdays Kids dnt hv healthy diet, de mstly gorge on fast foods which do not have nutritional value. Evn kids nwadays r hving stress n academic pressure by parents n schoo, so its very important to let dem enjoy Der childhood. For dandruff, use eradruff shampoo, 2 times per week, apply on scalp, keep for 5 min n washed it off, once dandruff goes stop it n shift to medicated shampoo like triclenz for regular use. Syrup A to Z NS, 2-3 teaspoon daily for 3 months. Give her protein rich food, include green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits n.juices in her diet, ask her to drink lots of water, let her go for outdoor games or Let her join dance class or Yoga class for kids. Do not apply oil on her hair through out Day, apply oil 10-15 min before hairwash. You cn apply aamla juice on her hair, leave it for 20 min n washed it off. Thanx.

4 simple ways to boost your energy
=============================
Pace yourself: Keep going, but don’t risk overtaxing yourself. Instead of burning through all your battery life in 2 hours, spread it out between morning tasks, afternoon tasks, and evening activities — with rest and meals between.
Take a walk or a nap: However, if you have trouble sleeping at night, napping can make the insomnia worse. If that’s the case for you, get moving instead. Get up and walk around the block, or just get up and move around. If you are not an insomniac, enjoy that 20– to 30–minute power nap.
Skip most supplements. There is no evidence that they works.
DHEA: There is no evidence that DHEA offers any real benefits.
Iron. Iron only improves energy if you are clearly deficient.
B vitamins. It is true that B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) help the body convert food into the form of energy that cells can burn, but taking more B vitamins doesn’t supercharge your cells.
Fuel up wisely. A sugary bakery roll delivers plenty of calories, but your body tends to metabolize them faster, and then you can end up with sinking blood sugar and fatigue. You’ll maintain a steadier energy level by eating lean protein and unrefined carbohydrates. Try low–fat yogurt with a sprinkling of nuts, raisins, and honey.

My nipples have started leaking a fluid semi transparent fluid from last 6 days. Is it normal? Neither am I pregnant ...
Please note that it is not normal to have discharge from the nipple. It is normal only while breastfeeding. This problem could be stress related because of which you have some hormonal imbalance and in result breast discharge. You need to get your blood test to be carried out to check all your hormones in place or not also a physical examination of breast need to be done to know the exact cause of problem.

Most probably you are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Three Chemical Peel Myths Busted

Three Chemical Peel Myths Busted

If you have ever thought about how to rejuvenate your skin and make yourself look younger, chances are that you have heard about the chemical peel. As the name suggests, getting a chemical peel involves the application of a chemical on the skin that causes the top layer to blister and peel off. By doing this, a new layer of skin is exposed that is usually smoother than before. Chemical peels are often misunderstood and are surrounded by a number of myths.

Let's take a look at three common myths about this procedure:

  1. All chemical peels are the same: All chemical peels are definitely not same. Chemical peels can be categorized as light or superficial peels, medium peels and deep peels. A light peel removes only the top layer of skin to make your skin look brighter and reduce wrinkles. Medium depth chemical peels penetrate deeper into the skin and are used to treat sun damage and pigmentation. Deep peels are the strongest type of peels that penetrate into the dermal layers of the skin. Chemical peels also vary on the basis of the chemical used.
  2. It involves a long recovery: Though the process itself may not take long, the recovery time depends on the type of chemical peel procedure you have undergone. A superficial peel has virtually no recovery time and can be performed even during a working day's lunch break. Medium depth peels can cause discomfort for about an hour after the procedure and can take a few days to heel. During this time, your skin may look patchy and inflamed and may feel itchy. With a deep peel, the skin may heal in 2-3 weeks, but usually remains red for a few months.  Depending on the chemical used, you may also feel unwell after a deep peel.
  3. It is beneficial only if you have a dermatological issue: You don't need to suffer from a skin problem to undergo a chemical peel. Many women undergo a chemical peel simply to give their skin a glow and to brighten their skin. It can remove wrinkles and uneven skin pigmentation while making the skin smoother and softer to touch. Along with the face, chemical peels can also be done on the neck, chest, back and arms.

Chemical peels can do a lot for your skin as long as you choose the right peel for your skin and it is performed safely. While you can get a superficial peel at a spa, deep peels should be performed only by licensed plastic surgeons or experienced dermatologists.

Give some tips for hair growth my hair is too thin and i am suffering from hair loss. Please advise.
Hi, welcome to lybrate, see basic cause of hair fall & hair damage is due to infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hairs follicles & its root causes hair fall, thinning of hairs, for control on hair fall you have to control on infections, it takes time to remove infections due to less blood supply in skin.

Acne scar will not fade with any cream. Treatment depends upon the type of scar. Most can be managed with carbon dioxide laser ablative/fractional and submission and fat graft.
