Hi lybrate-user I am sorry to say that no fairness cream or treatment can make a permanent change in your skin tone. All treatments are temporary, some general measures can be taken like avoiding too much sun light to prevent melanin formation in excess, good hydration, proper diet which is healthy in general, washing your face often etc. Skin tone is determined by genes only and they can not be changed with any local treatment. You should feel confident about yourself and start loving yourself as you are; then you will not even bother about the skin tone. Skin tone does not make a person what he or she is. It is you who can make a difference.

try to improve your habit, take lunch and dinner at proper time, dinner should be taken at least 2-3 hr before going to bed, take tab flagyl 400 1tab tds, tab lan 30 empty stomack in morning for 1 5 day.drink 3-4 liter of water dailytake isabgol in water at night. welcome for further help.

Sir, My right leg thigh back side (below Hip) and below knee muscles are getting stiff and paining too much and there is nerve tension severe pain in muscles area while walking. Nerve pain around knee joint area. Unable to have normal walk. Sometimes feels right leg is one inch longer than left one. If walking more, all leg muscles stiffness and pain grows more. While the left leg is totally free and normal. Normal morning exercise and morning walk did not help since long. Status remains same since last 5 months. Please guide for the needful.

With just word we cannot suggest treatment. This requires differential diagnosis. As of my opinion I believe everything initiates from muscles. Try to consult a therapist who can diagnose you correctly instead of classifying all the pain or symptoms as sciatica. You might have some issues or tightness with piriformis muscles as well which will also mimic the same symptoms as sciatica. Get in touch with an expert soon.

HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consut doctor on time.
