Hello U should avoid sun exposur totally. And apply sunscreen 2-3 times a day. For tanning area apply kijiglow gel twice a day. Use laglow foaming face wash.

Hello U should take tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg at night. and can apply calamine lotion. Both are good and dont have any long time side effect.
