Avoid forward bending and lifting weights. Practice yogasanas (kati uttanasan, bhujangasan, shalbhasan, makarasan, markatasan, chakrasan). Start physiotherapy.

Don't bent forward. Do hot fomentation twice a day. Sit with proper support and in proper posture. Do back strengthening exercises regularly.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

back ache & getting tired early has a few reasons, like depleted bone calcium, low iron content in the body are most common. Please check your HB levels, vit D levels for better treatment. As girls of your age are prone to these two deficiencies. Take Abhra lauha and Asthiposhaka tablet, one each, thrice a day with rice water, after meals. Do gentle massage with mahanarayana oil and hot fomentation. Take 1 tsp amla powder w ith warm water at bed time regularly. Continue the regime for 2 months . Keep an eye on your Vit D, Hb levels. good luck

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

I am 40 years, weight is 57 kg suffering joint pains (knee, hills) from last 5 years. I have little gastric problem also. Mainly knees are getting pain when I am going upward/downward on the staircase. At morning when I get up from bed, my hills are getting pain. Hi I can understand your problem. 1) apply hot and cold foementation. 2) learn strengthening exercise of quadriceps and hamstring from physiotherapist. 3) do regular streching calf muscles. 4) wear comfortable foot wear. Do share investigation reports if you have, in next consultation.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day.

use our (NOPAIN]OIL for knee pain.Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. Do this two or three times daily until your pain is gone. A bag of frozen peas also works well as a cold compress. You can opt for alternating hot and cold compresses as well for chronic pains.

Your symptoms do suggest early signs of arthritis, but no need to worry its prigress can be delayed. You need to do regular exercises specially static qaudriceps, hamstrings, regular walking. Do not gain weight and if you are obese you need to lose weight.

Hi cramps can be due to nutritional issues, substitution with Evion 600mg once daily for 15 days, Lyrica75mg twice a day for 2 weeks and methycobalamin once daily for 15 days may help. if you wear high heels,avoid that..take high protein diet rich in calcium, milk and milk products. Get serum calcium and vitamin D3 levels tested often these deficiencies cause cramps.Substitute, if low calcirol d3 sachet once a week for 6 weeks along with shellcal 500mg twice a day best wishes

I am suffering severe to mild pain starting from my left hip to lower leg upto foot since 4 months. It is more in early morning after bed time and reduces by time passage in day. X-ray and abdominal scan reports are normal. I prefer avoiding pain killers and medicines without diagnosing the reason than tolerating pain. Now my left lower eyelid is flickering whole day from 6/7 days thus disturbing my work activities. Please advise.

Piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times. Back postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
