I am a second year engineering student. The exam had already knocked on my door and I am over stressed. Thus I am sleep deprived. I have heard that an average healthy adult require 8 hr sleep a night. As I am not getting it, I am unable to concentrate on my studies. So what should I do? Please kindly give me a solution.
