Hello 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits.

Ankle Pumps •Lie on your back. •Move ankles up and down. Repeat 10 times. •Repeat 10 times. Heel Slides Lie on your back. Abdominal Contraction •Lie on your back with knees bent and hands resting below ribs. •Tighten abdominal muscles to squeeze ribs down toward back. •Be sure not to hold breath. •Hold 5 seconds. •Relax. •Repeat 10 times. ••Slowly bend and straighten knee. •Repeat 10 times Wall Squats •Stand with back leaning against wall. •Walk feet 12 inches in front of body. •Keep abdominal muscles tight while slowly bending both knees 45 degrees. •Hold 5 seconds. •Slowly return to upright position. •Repeat 10 times.

Hi Thanks for your query and welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from Fortis hospital, New Delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - To maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - If pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - Physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - Adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - Ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - Analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - Avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

I was fall down on the road due to the stone infront of me so my leg was paining to much I have consulted many doctors they gave only tablets namely paracetamol, reactin continuously then I visited another doctor he gave ranitidine, diclofenac tablet and an ointment volini it also doesn't work give me a solution.

Prior to run, you should do stretching of ankle n caff muscles. Vitamin d3 and b12 both you can have. Apple hot pack over pulled muscles and do stretching n running.

My symptoms are tiredness, fatigue, muscle pain and little joint pain sometimes. If I take 200mg of hcqs per day, I feel good and normal. If I take 400mg of hcqs per day, I get headache, nausea, dizziness, tiredness, muscle pain etc. So, pls suggest me the strength of hcqs I should take?

Kindly adjust the dose to minimum required, to control your symptoms. Have your tests done periodically to rule out any side effects.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
