Sorry. The actual help is take plenty of water and protein rich diet. Cleanliness of scalp and hairs is necessary use homoepathic oils and shampoos as they are safe and best. Take regular homoeopathic medicines.

Hello ,take homoeopathic medicine phosphorus 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery. Also if you are breast feeding please use a good pillow or pillows to support your back and the baby as most time poor posture for long times makes the pain worse.

Hello Lybrate user normal blood pressure systolic should be around 110-120 and diastolic 70-80 avoid high slat intake, avoid smoking, engage in physical activity etc. Take care.

I have constipation problem. And I only go to toilet once in two days. So I always has gastric problem. I don't know this is related or not but I have dark circles into my eyes and I slept at 1: 30 am at night and wake up around 8 am and also some time I take a 1 hr nap at afternoon. For my constipation I got a suggestion to eat oats because it has fibres so I eat daily at breakfast. I eat rolled oats. So can you give me any suggestion for my problem and for your information I don't have any acne on face but on my back there is full of acne. So what can I do? Please help me. Waiting for your reply. Hi, constipation occurs when you have low water intake or low fibre diet and even with sedentary life style. Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, consume whole fruits instead of fruit juices. Foods like banana, cooked raw banana, oats, chapathi or paratha made of whole wheat, ragi, flax seeds, brown rice help in relieving the condition. Almost all vegetables are rich in fibre, and good amount of water has to be consumed when fibre rich diet is taken. Avoid excess non vegetarian food as it might alleviate the constipation. For acne you have to consider having flax seeds, almond, walnut, fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, sardine, tuna, soya beans, chia seeds and consider using olive oil. You have to avoid oily foods and foods that contain high amount of fats, junk foods. If you have a sedentary life style its suggestible to go for a walk every day at least 20-30 minutes.

Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to complete your digestion, properly your diet b easily digestible, simple on time to avoid gastric disorder. Hi, you can reduce 4 kg in 2 months with a proper healthy diet and exercise. Include whole grain cereals, vegetables and fruits in your diet which gives plenty of fibre and avoid simple carbohydrate diet. If you are a non vegetarian go with lean meat and skin out chicken, fish. Avoid fried food, red meat and junk food like pizza and burger. Try to drink as much water as possible and avoid fruit juices and carbonated beverages. Include oats, green tea and sprouts in your resume. Start walking initially 2 km a day and gradually increase it by 1 km a week. Try to eat small and frequent meals which will help in weight loss too and increase your metabolism. Eat less carbohydrate and moderate protein diet in the night and keep 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep and take stairs instead of lift.
