Homoeopathic medicine ADEL-4 ( ADEL) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily HAEMOCAL ( SBL) Chew 4 tab twice daily CALCIROL POUCH ( VIT-D) 1 pouch /Week for 12 Weeks early morning empty stomach in 1/2 cup luke warm milk. Take a Calcium rich diet. 2 Eggs daily 2 Glass Milk daily Sources of Vitamin D: 1. Vegetables: Sweet potato(Shakkar Kandi). One may take 'Cod liver oil' capsules or Vit-D supplements. Food: Fish, Milk, Soyabean Powder, Yogurt(Dahi), Butter, Egg yolk(yellow portion of egg) and direct sunlight. Report after 12 weeks

Calf Tightness and Cramps

Tight calf muscles may be caused by a compartment syndrome. This is where the muscle becomes too big for the sheath surrounding the muscle causing pressure, sometimes pain and restricted movement. Biomechanical problems of the foot or from running style can increase the strain on the calf muscles.

It often occurs in the legs. A muscle cramp is also called a charley horse. Nighttime leg cramps are usually sudden spasms, or tightening, of muscles in the calf. The muscle cramps can sometimes happen in the thigh or the foot.

Overuse of a muscle, dehydration, muscle strain or simply holding a position for a prolonged period can cause a muscle cramp. In many cases, however, the cause isn't known. Although most muscle cramps are harmless, some may be related to an underlying medical condition, such as: inadequate blood supply.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Calc phos 200x + Mag phos phos 200x. 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. My wife 67 had undergone knee joint replacement after operation and rest she was to be discharged suddenly she could not breath normally after c.T.C.T scan, doctor said that she had blood clotting in right lung is it very serious ? she is under treatment of a cardiologsit. . Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore.

Hi you can relieve short-term joint pain with a few simple techniques at home. 1) protect the joint with further injury. 2) rest the joint, avoiding any activities that cause you pain. 3) ice the joint for about 15 minutes, several times each day. 4) compress the joint using an elastic wrap. 5) elevate the joint above the level of your heart. 6) if you are overweight do exercise like swimming or cycling to reduce weight.

Sir/madam, I have pain in my right scapula, from 4-5 years. Whenever i do some work, the pain increases and my right hand also starts paining. I cannot sleep turning to right side and if i use pillow to sleep it feel uncomfortable. Please advise what should I do? Thanks Sarla

You could be suffering from cervical spondylosis or disc prolapse. How old are you? Lie straight and Avoid pillows. Use hot water bag over the area. Apply diclofenac gel. If pain sites not improve you need to get x Ray of the neck. Consult your orthopedic dr.

I am 40 years old male. I have lower back pain from the last 15 years It developed gradually. I have done many treatments like physiotherapy, allopathy medicines etc it doesn't worked. I feel a lot of pain in my back especially after sex and in the morning time. I have not done any scan like MRI etc. I have got only basic treatment from doctors but the pain is still there. kindly take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk ,1 hr after meals twice a day. Take maharajah prasani oil capsules, 2 caps twice a day after meals with half a glass of warm water. Take panchamruta loha guggal tabs, 1 tab, three times a day, after meals with half a glass of warm water. Avoid cold water, curd, excess tea and other cold eatables in your routine. Avoid standing for long hrs and soft mattress for sleeping. Do gentle massage with maha narayana oil over the back up to both legs. Continue the regime for 45 days. Consult some good ayurveda doctor for panchakarma treatment. Good luck

I think your suffering from migraine pain. Soo you need proper treatment.in homoeopathy there are soo mny medicines. Soo if you want a permanent solution you need proper homeopathic treatment. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
