Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Yes you should take deworming which comes under name of bandy plus 12 one tablet to be chewed and then taken in. It has the effect for 6 months.

Its due to amoebic infection. You can take any antiamoebicidal as course which will give relief. The urinary frequency also comes down by that. But why you got that infection is due to food. So avoid outside food/junk food and for some reason you require to take outside food, take hot stuff. Maintain personal hygiene by washing your hands with soap and water after visiting washroom/toilet and before eating food. Good luck.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, if you awake up to late night than stop it. Life style correction is must. Avoid junk food, spicy food or heavy diet at night. De early morning exercise. Try to relive constipation so take 2tsp medicated caster oil at night time with lukewarm water.

Dear lybrate user, now a days people's diet is changed. Now a days society takes fast food, junk food, heavy food etc. So more deposit fet is seen in abdominal region. Ultimately fatty liver seen in usg findings. It is more common now a days. There is no need to too much worry. But you should follow below things to overcome your pain problem:- take easily digestible food like green leafy vegetables etc which contains good vitamins, minerals etc. Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, rice potato, sweets, ice cream, cold drinks, chinese, panjabi, etc heavy digestible food. Drink more and more water 3 litres in a day. Manage the stress and anger. Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can sure help you. Pavanmuktasana, vajrasana there two aasanas can help you.

Dear Lybrate User, * For problem of flatulence and acidity you should have a look on your diet pattern. Avoid oily and spicy food, fast food and junk food. Take diet easy to digest. Take fibrous diet ,salads, green leafy vegetable and fruits to avoid constipation. Do not sleep in the day time and have a walk after dinner.

HI, Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

I have pcod problem and since last 4 months had no menses. Recently getting slight pain in lower abdomen. Also have thyroid problem, in between have swelling on face and feet and drowsiness, not regularly. What to do? M suffering from stomach related problem since February this year. M not able to digest my lunch time food properly and I have to rush to the bathroom to poop for the second time in a day. This is happening daily. I have taken antibiotics which helped me to get relief but that was short lived. The problem came back after 4 to 5 days when I had to remain empty stomach for 2 hours. Moreover ; stress seems to worsen the situation. Please help me.

According to your history it appears you have a fissure in ano, which needs to be confirmed by your doctor, if in case your doctor after external exam tells you that you do not have a fissure in ano he will perform a proctoscopic examination and figure out the cause of pain and suggest treatment. As far as your sensation that you need to go to a toilet after eating is a feature in some normal people it is due to a simple condition called gastro colic reflex, for which no treatment is required, this is seen in high performers or stressful individuals, you only require will power to control. I am having occasional muscle twitching on my body, some times on lower arm, some times on legs and some times on abdomen. I get at least 3 twitches every day and it lasts for few seconds, the first twitch I got in was year 1999, when I got twitch in wrist but I did no medical checkup. Now you please tell me that should I go for eeg, I have heard that emg is costly and I cannot afford. No pain. Is it normal or not.

Cosult a neurologist and get ncv study done for legs and arms if you have muscle wasting. It may be sign of motor neuron disease. Get it done only if you have difficulties in holding objects in any hand. Or have other functional limitations.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.
