Uti is not related to kidney. It is related to urinary tract only. Drink plenty of water along with healthy food avoid spicy fried foods.

You might be suffering from viral infection. Drink plenty of water (with electral 1 sachet in 1 litre.) t. Sinarest (10) one tablet three times daily. Cap. Vibact ds (6) 1 capsule twice daily. T. Hello, I've problem with my eating habits, what I mean is, I don't feel any need of eating unless I feel pain by hunger. Though I know I should eat more often like in every 4 hours. But I can't do that because of my low appetite. Can you recommend me some medication that can increase my appetite. Plz.

Hello lybrate-user, Before going for medicines try having small and frequent meals and/or snacks in every 2.5 to 3 hours. This will help increase your metabolism and in turn your appetite. For small and frequent meals you can choose anything, like in the morning in place of a heavy breakfast have one roti and torkari or daal (1 medium bowl) or what ever is made at home. Secondly, do not over do yourself of eating. No need to judge your hunger. Just keep on giving your body something in every 2.5 to 3 hours. Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet One supplement name Nutrilite fibre can be start after personal consultation, this has shown wonderful result in constipation Consult Physician/me for further Management
