You should visit a dermatologist if possible. There are a couple creams that are very effective to treat lice but it should be prescribed based on her skin tone. You can use TulasiNeem powder as a hair pack twice a week to get rid of lice.

1. Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. 9. Tips Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. --Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. --Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. --Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. --Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. --Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. •When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. --You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

I am 23 years old male, I have lost great amount of hair, I started loosing hair-lines at early age of 16. And I feel bad because I look good in long hair but now I can't because my hair is falling rapidly. Is there a way to stop the hair-fall?

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your skin where is that black spot every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your body and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot

Iam going to gym from last month and iam eating 2 eggs daily for protein requirement but iam getting pimples on face due to eggs. What should I have to do to get rid of these pimples. Are these 2 eggs daily affecting me.

Pimples are not due to eggs To be 100℅sure try to abstain from them for a week and see if they go... Take pomegranate and yellow pineapples ..papaya in ur diet on regular basis and consume lots of fluids daily..it'll help

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Tab fe (if your fe level is reeduce) 3. Scalp massage with antioxidant oil 4. Regain lotion bd for long time.

I am 26 year old male suffering from fungal infection rashes on my thighs from past six months this are sometimes itchy doctor said it is due to sweat I have taken medicine also for 3-4 months but it decreases and comes again I am diabetic to.

Keep your sugar under control. For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Fungal infection are common in diabetic. You may require antifungal treatment if its a fungal infection.

My age is 47 and I am suffering from hairfall. My hair has become thin. I am having shampoo in a gap of 2 days but it is increasing gradually. I had also taken lot of homeopathy medicine but of no use. My head has become little bald. I am feeling very shy. I have also consulted dermatologist but this also in vain.
