I have a problem in my back bone after driving give me the best Solution of this problem please.
Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Has osteoarthritis. The diagnosis needs to confirmed. If in fact she has osteoarthritis then she needs to be assessed for comorbidities and needs to be put on an intensive exercise program with control of pain using safe pain modfiying medications instead of pain killers. This can be done best by a rheumatologist. The final option is surgery. Surgery is done by an orthopedician. Nowadays if surgery is done properly the risk of failure is < 5%. From the past 1 week, I was feeling body pains when I woke up. Some times they are very severe. After sometime from waking up the intensity of pain is reduced, but does not vanish completely. A good way to diffuse general body pains: 1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

Taking only medicines is not going to make much difference as joint problems or pain is just a symptom which is the result of injury or deficient of structures supporting the joint. Incorporate your medical treatment along with physiotherapy involving expert exercise regime.

drink 1 glass of water before bed. avoid spicy / oily/ fatty foods.avoid more intake alcohol and smoking. eat green veg., dalia, whole grain foods. juice. pl. do tests i.e. lipid profile, blood suagr, vit.D3, vit.B12 and reply for medicines.

Hi! I met with an accident few days back and had swelling around my elbow and wrist of my left hand. The swelling has reduced but I can't move my wrist properly. lybrate-user, Looking at your weight and height, your BMI is 22.98 kgs/M2, which absolutely fine. However, if belly fat is there, that can be reduced by aerobic exercise and abdominal exercise and also by swimming. There is no mention about blood glucose levels or HbA1c%, so I have no idea about how well is diabetes controlled. As regards treatment of RA affecting the diabetes, it depends on what drugs are being given. Thanks.

i am suffering from Achilles Heel for last 3 years tried everything. i am sports person play state level badminton. Suggest remedy do all stretches consulted sports dr, ortho everybody but it does not get cured. I continue playing practice with it. I had rested for 3 months but nothing improved. you should just try one massage therapy for releasing your calf muscle. It must be becouse of calf musce tightness also.everybody got confuse sometime you feel pain achilles tendon and treat that part only..I saw lots cases like you .just realse calf muscle achilles pain gone..so just try for that..and let me answer after that
