Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

cholesterol is the base of all diseases to cure your cholesterol level firstly avoid consuming refined oil n switch to sarso oil or cow ghee. drink 4 to 5 litres wzter daily but make sure no water for 90 minutes after meals. you can also consume arjun ki chaal from patanjali store to liwer your cholesterol.

Daily do breathing exercises and meditation. If possible do surya namaskaar. Drink a glass of lemonade daily without sugar empty stomach in morning. You may take homoeopathic medicines for better results.

The heart is one part of your body that pumps blood relentlessly; to be grateful to the most important organ, it’s your duty to look after its health. Cardiovascular diseases and heart ailments can be prevented by making minor changes in your lifestyle.

Here are a few tips to keep your heart healthy:

  1. Add fiber to your dietMaking fiber a part of your regular diet is a great idea as the heart works best when it runs on natural fuel. You can achieve this by adding more raw fruits and vegetables in your meals as they are an excellent source of fiber and nutrients.
  2. Engage in physical activity: Your heart is a muscle and to make it healthier, you need some form of physical exercise. Engaging in cardiovascular forms of exercise for an hour daily keeps your heart in good condition. Engaging in physical activity also reduces the risk of getting a heart disease and acts as a stress buster.
  3. Cut down on the salt intake: The sodium content in salt disrupts the balance of fluids in your body leading to high blood pressure. This can affect the functioning of the heart; that is to pump blood, which is a major cause of a heart attack. So, cutting down on salt can reduce stress and the risks of heart attacks.

Hi. Like after any other open heart surgery, you can start physical exercise in about 2-3 months time. But weight lifting and push-ups are advised atleast after 4-5 months as per your would health status.

For constipation eat food with high fiber content and eat bananas at bedtime and if necessary take two tsp of syp gudlax at night and get a stress test done to rule out any pathology in the heart

When I feel sad / laugh very highly then at my right/left side chest will fell a pain like" inside there are forming some cracks suddenly like breaking of my nerves. At that time I cant move my body, after few minutes it will cool down. What was that. What can I do. Is it very dangerous.

AVOID STRESS IT IS DUE TO STRESS. PL. CHECKUP ECG, LIPID PROFILE, CBC, BLOOD SUGAR, AFTER TESTS CONSULT AGAIN.

Dear , upper limit of triglycerides is 150, your's is very high. You should consult a cardiologist and a dietician, to prescribe you proper medicines and diet to reduce tg levels.

Hello Deepak ji It's nothing to worry for it. Maybe your metabolism is not worthy that's why you have gaseous discomforts with which create problems with your BP and tiredness as well as irresistible sleeping. You may use light diets and soups of carrots and Beetroots and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Hot water sipping boiled with ginger, Saumph and Ajwayan every one hour for whole day. Try to walk in the morning and some exercise and yoga every day. Avoid oily or junk food and alcohol or vinegar and sour products e.g. pickles etc or nonveg .
