Hairfall can occur when diet in taken is less nutritious. Take more of vegetables and fruits. Drinking a lot of water is another think which will help preventing hair loss. If you are patient enough, try this home remedy which will surely give result. Take onion juice and apply over the scalp for minimum 30 minutes. Rinse off with water and mild shampoo. Do it three times a week at least for 2 months. As it is a natural remedy, it will take time to bring result.

This Face Mask Magically Removes Stain, Acne Scars and Wrinkles After Second Use

This Face Mask Magically Removes Stain, Acne Scars and Wrinkles After Second Use

Having a beautiful facial skin isn't always easy. This is often obstructed by the occurrence of acne scars, age spots, wrinkles, etc. Nevertheless, even though age spots and wrinkles are a naturally occurring consequence of the aging process, their prominence and appearance can actually be managed.

You're probably wondering how to achieve this? one way, and probably the safest one is to use natural ingredients which have no side effects, both short and long term. For that purpose, take a look at some of the best facial homemade masks for a smooth and youthful skin.

Cinnamon, lemon, and honey mask:
Thanks to cinnamon, you will lower the effects of bacterial infections since it possesses anti-microbial properties. Furthermore, if you have problems with acne, they will soon disappear thanks to nutmeg, that is, its anti-inflammatory properties. Honey and lemon will disinfect the skin and promote quicker healing of the acne.

The recipe Needed:
1 tsp of organic honey
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of nutmeg

Preparation: mix all of the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the mixture with some water or exclude the lemon juice. Next, apply the mask onto your face avoiding the mouth and eye area. Leave the mask to react for half an hour. Afterwards, rinse the face with warm water and apply some moisturizing cream.

Turmeric and aloe-vera mask:
Turmeric and aloe-vera are two ingredients rich in enzymes, nutrients, and polysaccharides. They will cleanse your skin and help you maintain the natural PH of the skin. Mix a tsp of aloe-vera pulp with some ground turmeric powder. Next, apply the mask onto your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the face with warm water.

Honey and milk mask:
Mix honey and milk to make a mask that will soothe your facial skin if it's inflamed and irritated.

The recipe Needed:
1 tbsp of yogurt or milk
1 tbsp of honey

Preparation: mix the ingredients and then use a cotton ball to apply the mask onto your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash off the face.

Banana and avocado mask:

Preparation: first, chop up the banana and avocado and then put them in the blender. If you have organic honey or olive oil, add a bit to the mixture. Blend it until you get a homogenous mixture. Next, apply the blend onto your face and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water.

Honey and papaya mask:
Papaya is a highly recommendable ingredient for the skin because of its anti-aging properties. It will also strengthen the skin and make it look younger. It's full of enzymes known as papains-they prevent the formation of pus and lower inflammation.

Hi, Start taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Forefoot Deformity - Know Everything About It!

MBBS, MS - Orthopaedics
Orthopedist, Chennai
Forefoot Deformity - Know Everything About It!

A problem in the foot often results in rheumatoid forefoot deformity. The symptoms of this problem include pain and deformities in the foot and ankle. The forefoot gets symmetrically affected and the first rays give rise to hallux valgus, which drives the deformity of the toes.

Types of Deformities-
There are multiple foot deformities that can occur as a result of rheumatoid arthritis:

  1. Hallux Valgus
  2. Bunion deformity with problem at the MTP joint (Metatarsophalangeal joints)
  3. Clawing of toes
  4. Dislocation of the lesser MTP joint
  5. Increased plantar pressure

Deformities and pain are usually detected by a physical examination by the physician and at times an x-ray can be suggested for the same as well.

Treatment

1. Non-Operative
The primary goal of non-operative treatment is to make the deformed foot feel comfortable. The extent of the deformity is first diagnosed and then this treatment can be suggested based on it. It basically consists of pain control, shoe modification and medical management techniques:

  • Wearing comfortable shoes to minimize the pain associated with the deformity
  • Custom made or store bought inserts to offload prominent area
  • Corn pads or paddings to protect bony prominence
  • Specific devices can be used to eradicate clawing of toes
  • Activity modification to manage pain better
  • Physical therapy or stretching to improve joint mobility

2. Operative
Operative treatments are sought when the condition of the deformities is serious and the patient suffers from remarkable pain:

  • Hallux Valgus is the most common form of foot deformity and can be managed with a surgery of arthroplasty, osteotomy or arthrodesis. Correction of the Hallux Valgus has good effects of controlling deformities and pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Procedure to correct clawed toes based on its intensity
  • Bunion correction surgery for bunion deformities

Recovery Period
Each procedure has its own recovery period and in most cases, it can be limited to a range of 6 weeks to get back to normalcy. After 6 weeks, physical therapy may be suggested to increase activity gradually. To gain full mobility it might take around 3-6 months, depending on the patient’s age and condition. Relief is generally noticed by the 6th week, but to get back to full recovery it might take months.

Complications
Common surgical complications can be applicable to operative procedures. There can be a compromise to the blood supply to the tip of the toes, blood clots, pulmonary embolism, recurrence of deformity. Such complications are to be addressed by the physician to reconsider the right therapy

Treatments for forefoot deformities are to be performed after thorough diagnosis and investigation. Corrective measures are to be taken to prevent deformities. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

I have much pimples on my face plzz tell me such tips to get my face fairer ani cleaner please help me.
Be specific what you apply on your face. Anti acne face wash can help you. Do not put hair oil. Wash your scalp everyday. Avoid dandruff. Don't use sunscreen for now as it can cause acne. Avoiding oily & spicy food, over consumption of chocolates and coffee will help.
