Each persons digestive system is unique and so you simply have to observe what suits you and what causes trouble while digesting. The simple guideline is that maintain an ideal weight by exercising everyday (include Yoga and pranayam for better results) and eating a balanced diet. Eat only freshly prepared homemade food and avoid frequent junk food or beverages. Include fruits and vegetables everday. If possible eat whole grains (unpolished or organic foods )).You can take the help of a dietician or nutritionist who can help you with the calorie requirements and necessary diet to fulfill the nutritional needs of your body. You can later try Homeopathy if you still feel bloated or suffer from digestive problems. You can contact me or chat online for a private consultation.

Hi , Mera pet me bahut gas hota hai iska solution kya hai jis se mera pet me gas nahi bane.

Hi , Mera pet me bahut gas hota hai iska solution kya hai jis se mera pet me gas nahi bane.
Dear, Gas in the digestive tract is usually caused by swallowing air and by the breakdown of certain foods in the large intestine by bacteria. Everyone swallows a small amount of air when eating and drinking. The amount of air swallowed increases when people eat or drink too fast, smoke, chew gum, suck on hard candy, drink carbonated or “fizzy” drinks To prevent gas from forming, chew a fresh piece of ginger regularly after meals. You can also add small amounts of dried or fresh ginger to your food. Drinking ginger tea can help control the formation of gas in the stomach. Boil one tablespoon of ground ginger in water for a few minutes. Drink this tea two or three times a day.

Fatty liver is a common condition of the liver due to modern life-style, food, and drink habits. Collection of fats in liver cells is called fatty liver. This condition is also called steatosis hepatis or steatorrhoeic hepatosis. Fatty liver by itself though abnormal, is a relatively harmless condition. Liver is the largest organ in the human body. It plays a vital role in keeping the biochemical balance intact. Why fatty liver occurs, is unknown. A fatty diet or overeating by itself never results in a fatty liver. The fat may come from increased absorption from the intestines or from elsewhere in the body. But, putting it generally, the liver loses its capacity to eliminate fats deposited within it. Yet, 70% of persons suffering from NASH are found to be obese. Homeopathy addresses the underlying causes behind fatty liver, improves liver functions and reduces the symptoms as well as modifies the disease process. Fatty liver is partly reversible condition if treated in the early stages. In later stages, it can help to improve the liver functions. Well chosen homeopathic medicines can help control and reduce Fatty liver disease. Homeopathy is recommended for cases of Fatty Liver. A homeopathic constitutional treatment will give you best results naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects Medicines will reach you via courier services

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Edit.
