Applying the coconut oil to the face and skin and after that bathing with soap causes any skin pigmentation or leads ...
Coconut oil is fine, but because it's thick, your can block your pores and follicles and cause acne which may cause pigmentation. The other scenario is if your allergic to some excipient in the oil which can cause pigmented contact dermatitis.

These circles are mostly due to mental stress and disturbed sleep habit. Some patients like you apply almomd oil also but mental health should be taken care of in such cases.

I have a thin line on both of legs in b/w thighs and main part it looks like stretched skin.
Sudden gain or loss in weight, rapid growth, heredity factors, stress and changes in physical conditions leads to stretch marks. Stretch marks happen after delivery too. Stretch marks can make you feel self-conscious and uncomfortable about your appearance. But, don't worry, there are several natural ways to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. The stretch marks fade away with time. 1. Try to scrub the area daily and put vitamin e oil 2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes 3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day 4. Use rich cocoa butter before going.

You need not do anything special. Follow simple healthy habits. You should commit to a healthy living style. Protect your skin from sunlight ( over exposure during the day ) by wearing cotton cloths which covers your hands and legs. Use an umbrella or a hat to cover the face. You can also use a sunscreen . Keep good general hygiene. Use a mild soap abd wash it frequently with simple cold water. Diet and exercise , proper sleep and relaxation of the mind are important aspects of a health lifestyle. Eat healthy food - more natural products ( have daily fruits and vegetables ). Avoid all bad habits. The skin colour cannot be changed but it can be protected and nourished well.

I am 26 years old bachelor, I have small pores on my nose which look bad in direct sunlight. Kindly suggest something which can help me in filling the pores on my nose and face.

I am 26 years old bachelor, I have small pores on my nose which look bad in direct sunlight. Kindly suggest something...
Hi thank you for posting your query to us the pore size depends on the size of the sebaceous glands, nose being rich in sebaceous glands. The bigger the size, the larger the pore. Any treatment which decreases the size and activity of the sebaceous glands would definitely affect the pore size, but that would be temporary. -retinoids in form of tablets and creams are sebostatic. They shrink/decrease the size of the sebaceous glands by 90% within a month, thus making the pore appear shrink/smaller. OR -You could go in for IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Sessions: IPL stimulates the production of collagen, which plumps up the skin and gives you a fresher look, and refines or tightens large pores. You can take a few sessions at 3 weeks interval. OR -Regular chemical peeling sessions from a dermatologist: Chemical peels can smooth the surface of your skin, improve skin tone and color, diminish wrinkles and shrink pore size. Chemical peeling is usually repeated every 2-3 weeks. However, it is not possible to reduce the size of the pores, permanently. Hope this helps regards.

How long you are suffering from and where you did not say. If dark spot is birth mark for you then you must go to cosmetic surgery. Otherwise it will eradicate slowly by Homeopathic treatment. Dont worry. You can use face wash insted of shop. try to eat simple food and plenty water. Dont eat junk or spicy food. If not eradicate then consult me.
