Hello to gain weight you need to increase fat as well as protein intake in appropriate manner do as to you pit on weight in a right way. Proteins can be milk and milk products. Non veg eggs. Nuts for a detailed consult you can take an appointment and cam formulate a customized programe for you.

What is the correct way to make a proper weight loss diet without causing nutrient deficiency.
The most ideal way is to include food groups from all the food groups in an appropriate amount such that they give us required nutrition and give desired weight loss .it has to be done under guidance as weight loss is a process and one diet may not do any great difference to you. It needs constant follow up till target weight loss.

Hi controlling the diet and walks is the best way to stay off the medicines. Include fibre rich foods, complex carbohydrates, more vegetables and protein rich foods. Walking daily will help the body utilise insulin in a better way thanks.

Hi healthy weight loss can be achieved through a combination of lifestyle modification and dietary changes, both well balanced. Have more fibre rich foods, fruits and vegetables, eat pulses like sprouts, have daliya and whole wheat and bajra, jowar etc rather than refined foods. If nonvegetarian have only egg whites and tandoor form of chicken and fish.
