Yoga, an ancient discipline involving physical poses, breath work, and mindfulness techniques, is the most commonly used nondietary or supplement complementary and alternative therapy for weight loss. In clinical trials, yoga has improved a number of obesity-related outcomes including BMI, body weight, body fat, and waist circumference.Individuals who practice yoga report that yoga helps to improve diet and body weight and studies involving long-term yoga practitioners have found an inverse relationship between frequency of yoga practice and levels of obesity. In a research study of 15,550 adults, individuals who practiced yoga for at least four years were two to four times less likely to gain weight as they aged than individuals who did not practice yoga.

Yoga interventions were found to be effective for achieving weight loss and improving body composition and the most effective programs were residential and longer in duration, required more frequent and home practice, included a yogic diet, and incorporated a variety of yoga practices as opposed to exclusively focusing on a single practice such as the physical poses or breath work.

Calories burnt per hour will depend on 1. Activity 2. Age 3. Height 4. Weight. You can go on internet, there are many activity-calorie calculator where you can feed the data and get results. In the current case you may be burning about 400-500 calories for 2 hours of gym. However it depends on how much of these two hours you are spending on which equipment in gym. How much of cardio you are doing etc.

Actually bro you have to check whether you digestion is correct or not. Normally it happens in constipated patients. So you can rule out the reason. I usually correct the condition. May be due to hyperthyroidism also. You can check T3, T4 ,TSH. IF NO Issues you can workout to gain weight. Cool bro.

I am 65 kg and during these days I am walking more as 5 to 8 km daily. But I want to gain my weight more till 75 kg, so my question is how to gain weight with normal diet because I am not staying in my home I'm outside from my home, I am staying in hostel so with a normal diet how can I Gain? When you left gym then your muscles get start stretching or shining and later it becomes rough look loosing. Yoga is better then gym. But when you start you get muscular pain of severe tiredness for few of week but it's will become normal in early days.
