Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. For reducing weight and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce weight and will never regain.
