Add lots of protein in your diet. After gym take banana shake / badam shake/egg milk shake. Include nuts in your diet do add combination of carbohydrate and protein in your diet as for vegetarians complete protein is not available.

According to your height and age, your weight is appropriate, and lies in normal BMI. If you still want to increase your body weight add banana milk shake, olive oil, badam shake in your diet. Also increase physical activity to increase your muscle mass.

Do some cardio exercises, you can have 30 min brisk walk daily, eat more veggies and fresh fruits, also include more protein and fiber in to the diet eg. Chicken ,eggs, paneer,curd, soya,pulses, also have mixed atta roti.

For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time, don't skip your meals and don't take heavy meal too. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. Take 1 cup jasmine tea, it will reduce water retention of your body. Avoid all kinds of fatty food, refienary, packkages productand all knd of sugary drink also. Take high protein and high fiber diet and minimise your carbohydrate intake. Go for exercise in the evening and do deep breathing and don't take stress.

Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ tofu + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal/chicken/tofu+ 1bowl salad, After dinner you can take 2 dates / 2 figs with a cup of milk. As per the protein supplement is concered Firstly, You should focus on dietary sources instead of taking an supplement, if you are not able to fulfill your daily protein requirement through diet then you can go for 2 scoop protinex powder in 250 ml milk. When you take whey protein, it is itself selfsufficient and now no other supplements are required after this. For muscle building, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. I regularly go to gym. I have been going gym from last 8 weeks. I have seen a slight change in myself. But I want faster results. Also I see that I am not able to lift heavy weights. Or do push ups or pull ups. I can do a few push ups. But I can not do a single pullup. I find guys younger than me lifting more weight and having no problem in doing pull ups or push ups. Endura mass helps in weigh gain but only when its accompanied with a healthy diet. Otherwise the day you will stop taking it, you will start loosing muscle mass as well. So take a healthy diet plan first and then go for it.

Hi lybrate-user, You need to get your insulin tests & LFT done. Also be very very careful about what you are eating. Take lots of vegetables, egg whites, fish, chicken, legumes, channa dal in diet and least of roti and rice. This will immediately help you in controlling your hunger. your bmi is near 16.. which is low less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.
