Hi, PCOD is a condition which is quite common in Indian population. And it is certainly not a condition because of which you decide not to marry. You can have a normal happy married life with this and can also conceive (sometimes a little help is required from doctor). Even your periods can be regularised with certain medicines. Running is a good form of exercise, but to reduce belly fat do stretching exercises like Surya Namaskar. Eat diet that is low in refined cereals and carbohydrates. Eat fiber rich diet.

Doing one good thing does not help. Green tea is as good as black tea, only milk and sugar which has calories, must be avoided. To reduce weight you need to avoid processed ready to eat foods that come in a pack like backed, fried and confectionary, minimise dairy food, rice and wheat based food, sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables, sprouts, nuts and seeds.

How to gain weight please recommended to diet plan,
I do not understand to how gain weight I jon fitness club.
To gain weight you need to take healthy carbs like brown/unpolished rice, oats, bananas (3-4 daily), potatoes, fresh milk and home made milk products like curd, butter, paneer, ghee etc. Do 30 mins of strength exercises daily.
