Hello, I am getting a warm feeling around my whole part of chest. I want to know what's the reason behind it? Can you please let me know?
BHMS, PGDPHM, CERTIFICATION IN GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICES
Hello lybrate-user, Your trouble may be due to various reasons including acid reflux, muscle spasm, febrile disorder, some chest infection or local skin infection, etc. It may also be temporary and go away on its own. You may wait for a while if it's not troubling you much and seek medical help if the complaint persists. Take care, stay well.
I get anal fissure if my stool becomes little hard only for one day. Generally my stool is soft and I go two times in a day. But I came to know that most of the people do not get anal fissure for only one day hard stool. If hard stool persisted for many days then they get fissure. So, I am very very susceptible to anal fissure as some people are very very susceptible to cold but other people on same condition do not get cold. So, my question is, is it possible to eradicate the susceptibility of getting anal fissure? Because it is not possible to keep stool soft for lifelong period. Occasional hard stool is common but for this anal fissure is not expected?
Hello, yes it is possible to cure you completely. You are having problem because your anal skin is weak from fissures. You should take proper constitutional Homoeopathic treatment which will strengthen your weak skin and heal you for good. Meanwhile try sitz bath regularly kegal exercise fibrous diet.

Hi, From the last couple of days I am feeling a ticklish feeling in anus. Like there is something crawling inside. I am guessing I got infected by some pin worms kind of things. Everyday in the night around 3-4 am, I get this feeling and I wake up. Please give me medicine for this.
Krimikuthar tabs 2 tabs three times with Vidangarishta 15 ml mixed with lukewarm water. This is for worms, however exact cause should be known. Better, if you chat with us privately on Lybrate.
Hi Doctor, I had gall bladder stones. I don't wanna surgery. So, how can cure stone without surgery.???

I have had wonderful results in gall stones with homoeopathy and none of my patient so far has needed surgery. I would suggest you to consult with a good homoeopathic physician for treating gallstones without surgery.

Hi lybrate-user, in majority cases it's mandatory to remove gall bladder (GB) It depends on many factors, like size and number of gall stones, whether those or symptomatic stones or not. If stones are symptomatic then it's not advisable to wait for gall stones to melt by tablets. Even if there is a first or single episode of colicky pain more in upper abdomen may or may not be associated with nausea vomiting its called symptomatic stone. And symptomatic gall stones should be treated with surgery, that's cholecystectomy (Removal of GB along with stones). If stones are asymptomatic, means found incidentally during sonography or CT scan for other reason, then depending on size one can try medication, if there is a large solitary stone more than 2 cm, or multiple tiny stones of few mm size then better to go for surgery. Medium size means 6 to 8 mm asymptomatic stone may b treated with medication like Ursodeoxycholic acid (udiliv, actibile n so many) but frequently needs to check size of stone on USG. This medicine helps to reduce cholesterol in your bile that helps in melting those stones But it depends on type and consistency of stone whether this medication will act or not.
