Natural ways to cure brain hemorrhage

1. Herbal plants

Cayenne pepper, a kind of red pepper can stop external bleeding like brain hemorrhage. Frequent use of this spice will protect and prevent the risk of a stroke as it improves the blood movement in the body, including the brain. A daily inclusion of this spice in your cooking will work as a great medicine to your brain. This herbal cooking formula can be applied for one to two-weeks time to get rid of the brain haemorrhage.

2. Ginkgo biloba

The extracts from ginkgo biloba, one of the oldest species of trees can effectively treat brain hemorrhage. Vitamin b can prevent any sort of cardiac attack, including a stroke. Also it helps the patients to get rid of depression. Vegetables contain vitamin b can also significantly prevent a brain hemorrhage.

5. Healing crystal

Magnet therapy is believed to be very powerful when it comes to recovery after a stroke. It helps in the proper circulation of blood flow in the body by allowing minerals to spin in the blood. The crystal melanite, a great remedy for stroke can be used as a liquid or can be applied to the forehead.

6. Take up yoga

Hello doctor, I'm a 21 year old men. I have a problem with the high fat accumulation in thighs and buttocks. I eat less and take less junk food. My body is slim and my legs below knees are also thin. But my thighs and buttocks are too big. Hi, Doctor I am 23 years old. Height 5'5 inch and weight 69. morning I start my day with walking 6 km later at 6.30 cup of green tea .at 8'o clock will eat oats. Afternoon at 12.30 eat lunch with 1cup of rice ,dal, and vegetable curry. Eve cup of green and for, 1 hr do exercises and dinner with 2 chapati. This is my daily routine. Diet Tips For High Uric Acid Patients

Diet tips for high uric acid patients

• Lower fat intake as excess fat reduces normal excretion of uric acid.

• Liberal fluid intake to keep the urine dilute.

• Restriction or elimination of alcohol.

What to avoid:- 

• Shell fishes, red meat, minced meat, meat extracts, organ meats, fishes (sardine, roe, makeral).

• Whole pulses (masur, rajmah, chana, chole etc.). Other dals are allowed.

• Vegetables and fruits - green peas, spinach, french beans, brinjal, cauliflower, mushroom, chickoo, custard apple.

*diet rules

• Use less salt while cooking. Avoid adding salt while cooking rice or in chapatti dough.

• Use adjuncts like tomato, vinegar, cocum, amchur, lime juice, curd, pepper powder to make the food cooked with less salt palatable.

• Remove the salt shaker from the table.
• Avoid salted nuts/biscuits, papads, pickles, chutneys.

• Avoid excess consumption of processed and preserved foods; eg. Bakery products.

• Caution - do not overdo on salt substitutes as that might cause an electrolyte imbalance.

Recommended foods

1. Fresh cherries, strawberries, blueberries and other red-blue berries.
2. Bananas.
3. Celery.
4. Tomatoes.
5. Vegetables including cabbage and parsley.
6. Foods high in bromelain (pineapple).
7. Foods high in vitamin c (red cabbage, red bell peppers, tangerines, mandarins, oranges, potatoes)
8. Low-fat dairy products.
9. Complex carbohydrates (breads, cereals).
10. Chocolate, cocoa.
11. Coffee, tea.

Although purines (organic compounds, which create uric acid breakdown in the body) are found in vegetable sources, they don't cause the same amount of uric acid buildup in the body that meat sources do. In fact, fresh fruits and vegetables reduce acid levels in the body and it is often advised to avoid red meats, organ meats and highly processed foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are encouraged so the patient can increase alkalinity in the blood.

Therefore, rather than attempting to find foods that are free of purines and uric acid, it’s important to know how to increase the body’s alkalinity, which naturally reduces the body’s acidity.
